Finally, a fast resolution This is the first time that I have received a reward that I had to request, in under a day. This is how it should be every time. Still has errors in the messages, such as the game I play being called something else, but hey, if it means getting the rewards quickly and correctly, then I will let that slide. Still not sure why I can get some rewards without having to request them, and others require interaction with Tapjoy CS though.

Many offers suddenly fail and do not… Many offers suddenly fail and do not reward even after you have done them, and support is completely unreliable. Continues to send you in an endless loop and waste your time. You would be better off talking to a brick wall to solve your problems

Good afternoon Good afternoon, I really like the Justplay application. I liked some games that I played and completed. It's a shame that there isn't more variety of games to start playing, as Raid Shadow Legend was one of the games of this type that I could play again. I have some friends who play and recommend Justplay to me because of this game or this genre of game. gaming application that pays justplay and top 5 stars.

Tapjoy support got back to me quickly Tapjoy support got back to me quickly. The support tech was positive and accommodating to my needs. I do wish you had an easier "start" process. I had mentioned my issue, included a picture to verify my achievement, and said I had not paid anything for the award. Yet, I got asked to provide a pic and later asked if I paid money! So why not handle all three questions up front? Thanks for making the little hiccups resolve and game play continues! Have a great day!
