GBWORST PLACE IN AURORA COLORADO TO GO for RENTING AND RVING! I paid months in full and advance and had an 28 foot rv. When I pulled up into the site it was unchecked,filthy and rest of the neighborhood was pretty bad! Their wee cops called their all the time,drugs being dealt and when I complained the OWNER of the place gave me a notice to leave. Thats ok because I found a better place to park that was cheaper! Dont go here EVER I gave them A $200.00 deposit WHICH I never recieved back! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

GBThis company is horrible to deal with. This company is horrible to deal with.! I have never received such a run around from any company than this one! I don't think anyone there wants to sell a trailer they don't know where their trailers are what they have it's awful.

GBlisting doesn't include HOA or lot lease Not a bad site but the fact that so many homes are on leased land is very annoying. Leased land or HOA can range from 150 dollars to more then a 1000.

GBDon't buy from these people. Do not buy a mobile home in a park ran by these people! Or if u own in a park they bought MOVE FAST! they will allow someone that lives in community to run the park and never have any other contact with the residents. Regardless if their park manager is catching things on fire and their park manager just gave trailers away to his family where I live. So now we got a bunch of trailers crackheads moved into. They will claim to be cutting trees and paving roads which the only trees they cut down weren't causing any issues and the tree guys left all the problematic trees for us to continue to deal with. The water isn't drinkable but we have to pay for it. The park manager gave away the new owners sheds and empty trailers to his buddies and hasn't even charged them rent. Park manager runs around with his gun threatening people and acting like some big shot. I know 14 people are pulling their homes from the park I live in in a few weeks and another 6 in June.
