This company is horrible to deal with. This company is horrible to deal with.! I have never received such a run around from any company than this one! I don't think anyone there wants to sell a trailer they don't know where their trailers are what they have it's awful.

Website was great Website was great. Changed format on 2/19 and now all screwed up. If you look under Tropical Harbor in Lake Placid Fl. Is shows 24 homes for sale and when you go to list you get 5 homes for sale in St. Petersburg. Now and improved it is not

Don't buy from these people. Do not buy a mobile home in a park ran by these people! Or if u own in a park they bought MOVE FAST! they will allow someone that lives in community to run the park and never have any other contact with the residents. Regardless if their park manager is catching things on fire and their park manager just gave trailers away to his family where I live. So now we got a bunch of trailers crackheads moved into. They will claim to be cutting trees and paving roads which the only trees they cut down weren't causing any issues and the tree guys left all the problematic trees for us to continue to deal with. The water isn't drinkable but we have to pay for it. The park manager gave away the new owners sheds and empty trailers to his buddies and hasn't even charged them rent. Park manager runs around with his gun threatening people and acting like some big shot. I know 14 people are pulling their homes from the park I live in in a few weeks and another 6 in June.

Total waisted of time posting my mobile… Total waisted of time posting my mobile home for sale, in 3 weeks I had one inquiry When I FINALLY figured out how to contact MHV by email asking how to edit my post, I got a reply telling me how I then log in to find my post GONE No record of my post anywhere is my so called account But they sure did take my money quick. DONT EVEN WAISTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
