GBDelivery was a little late even though… Delivery was a little late even though i paid for express, perhaps due to Chinese New Year not sure as no explanation given. When we did reach out, delivery came in 2 days. Quality of wigs is not questionable. Would i purchase from Alimice hair again. Yes i would.

USSite said delivery in 3-7 days and was… Site said delivery in 3-7 days and was delivered ordered 11/26/2023. I still haven’t received my package yet. No action until I followed up with the vendor.

USCustomer service is terrible. I would give them a rating of less than one star if possible. Despite my numerous requests for a refund or to receive the wigs I purchased, they have been vague in their response wanting confirmation of my bank account showing payment. After discussing my concerns with the bank manager, I provided the requested proof via email. However, Alimise Wigs has not responded to my latest message. I wonder why?? Ladies, kindly take notice of this vendor and be cautious, as they may be attempting to scam you. I have finally received the three units. However, I will not deal with this company again. The customer service was terrible. As for the wigs: All three have a strong odor. I had washed the kinky curly unit several times to diminish the smell. The description states that it was a glueless wig. This is not a glueless wig. I cannot use the various wig glues on the market due to my sensitive skin. The sides near the ears pick up. I am also going to change the hair color. It sheds a lot. But the curl is pretty. The two other units are still sealed in the original package. I had bought a kinky curly glueless unit from another online company, which did not shed or smell. I wear this glueless curly unit every day. Thank you for reading.

USBe careful before you order Be careful before you order. I feel this company is a scum. I purchased a hair several months ago and the hair did not look like the one shown on their website. I then started to do a return. That is when my nightmare with this company started. I have done everything including pictures of the hair still in its box, and a picture of the return label, and I have sent them a tracking number which they have confirmed a receipt. They made me go back to their website to make more payment if I wanted them to exchange it which I did and sent them the receipt. it's been over two months now and I have still not received my replacement hair. Forget it if you need a refund, they do not give a refund.
