Poorest Quality Wig I ordered Alimice 2940 in November, 2022. What they sent me was not fit for a dead dog. I returned, per their instructions in December, and until this day they have never refunded my card.

Would honestly give them zero stars! Would honestly give them no stars my package was lost and I asked if they can send me a new one. They declined and told me that I can only receive $10 for a refund after I paid more than $10 for their freaking wig mind you FedEx put out an investigation and then the wig company never wanted to help find my wig. They pretty much tried to ignore all my emails The customer service is crap, I would never buy from them again.

I have been a customer for 3 years and… I have been a customer for 3 years and continue to be highly satisfied. Any question or special request is handled by Alimice chat and email. My delivery has always arrived within 5 days of ordering. The product I always purchase is the afo curly headband wig. I requested a unit with less density and they complied. Product is a perfect match with my hair. Highly recommend.

Excellent quality. Love my hair! I’m so happy about my hair! I got the straight Brazilian Virgin Hair online and I’m more than satisfied. Awesome service. I chose the platinum and it’s not as expensive as others out there! The color is so natural, it’s great quality. I can also restyle it! When curling, it doesn’t look unhealthy. I get bouncy healthy curls. Excellent service. I received the product sooner than I expected, they ship really fast! I think I look more attractive when I’m wearing it. It fits comfortably and I don’t feel awkward wearing it. I’m more than willing to buy from this store again.
