Always a relief to know what our emails… Always a relief to know what our emails look like on multiple platforms/OS. Would be great if there were suggestions on how to adjust the HTML code when the design looks different on certain OS (e.g. iphone X) though.

Very disappointing company ethics I had a free trial which I forgot to cancel and was charged $179 for. I canceled my subscription on the day I was charged and have since tried to contact the company via email, phone, Twitter and their contact form - with no response whatsoever. I obviously understand that this is my own mistake for not cancelling in time but would have expected the company to be more forthcoming - or to at least reply to any of my requests. Quite sad to see that their business relies on such shady tactics, rather than customers who actually want to use their product.

So helpful! Email on Acid had helped us optimize our emails across all devices and email platforms so that they render exactly how we want them too.

EoM doesn't handle multiple emails If you send more than one email to EoM "simultaneously", which seems to mean within the same second, it intermixes them, showing different emails for different rendered platforms, or no render (perpetual spinning circle) for some platforms. EoM said that I have to send the emails separately (by which, I think they mean take longer between emails.) That doesn't help me at all.

It is not always consistent with… It is not always consistent with showing correctly once it has been sent to the recipients. Everything shows as it should for the sender but once submitted it is almost like it breaks for some of the devices.
