When I asked customer support why this is the case and why they charge their customers when their product doesn't live up to its promises, their reply was that they recently added a new engine, and it is clearly stated that it is a beta product. Does that mean that I am expected to fund their research stage without getting any use of the product? No, thank, you! I can simply use chat gpt for free to generate low-quality content. It is even easier to use chat gpt as you can tell it what you want and not just write a simple title without the option for more explanation. I do not recommend the product at its current stage. I personally can't use it for anything since it generates rubbish content. They also do not offer a refund under any circumstances. P.S. I haven't threatened you in any way that I will write a negative review. My last message of our conversation states, "Thank you for your answers, they were useful for my review." Also, I did write this review a couple of hours after signing up, where I had already produced a few articles and experienced the product. The reason why I asked for a refund right away was reading another negative thread on Reddit about your product just after signing up. Craving to try their service, I visited their website and signed up for their free 7-day trial. Regrettably, my experience was far from what was claimed. Contrary to the promise of generating 25,000 articles, I found that the actual number only reached 2,500 per month. Additionally, their boasted article creator with photo generation yielded disappointing results. The generated images were unusable and the article length was insufficient for any serious SEO effort. What aggravated my dissatisfaction was their opaque cancellation procedure. I have attempted to cancel my subscription, but the process was so convoluted that I remain uncertain if my request was successful. My frustration peaked when they consistently failed to oblige to scheduled appointments, further deteriorating our professional relationship.
