Dishonest pricing & number of errors! I had a rather frustrating experience with this service due to their dishonest pricing and numerous errors. When I tried their 7-day trial, things didn't go smoothly right from the beginning. There was an issue connecting to the site, which took them 5 days to fix due to a developer error. To make up for it, they extended my trial period, but it was still quite annoying. During the trial, I encountered a situation where 3 articles failed to publish correctly, requiring me to redo them. While it wasn't the end of the world, it certainly tested my patience. The most disappointing part came after my trial ended when I wanted to find out the pricing for their memberships. I couldn't access the main site and reached out to their support. Unfortunately, it took them over 36 hours to respond to my initial email, so I sent a follow-up. Finally, I received a response with a link to their pricing, which indicated $20 monthly and $40 monthly options. However, I was charged $97 for a monthly membership instead. When I questioned this, their explanation was that they were conducting AB testing on new pricing models, and the option I saw was no longer available. They showed no intention of reintroducing that price, leaving me feeling cheated and disappointed. All in all, my experience with this service was marred by dishonest pricing practices and a lack of timely communication. It's disheartening given the patience I showed during the trial and my expectation of good service

When I asked customer support why this is the case and why they charge their customers when their product doesn't live up to its promises, their reply was that they recently added a new engine, and it is clearly stated that it is a beta product. Does that mean that I am expected to fund their research stage without getting any use of the product? No, thank, you! I can simply use chat gpt for free to generate low-quality content. It is even easier to use chat gpt as you can tell it what you want and not just write a simple title without the option for more explanation. I do not recommend the product at its current stage. I personally can't use it for anything since it generates rubbish content. They also do not offer a refund under any circumstances. P.S. I haven't threatened you in any way that I will write a negative review. My last message of our conversation states, "Thank you for your answers, they were useful for my review." Also, I did write this review a couple of hours after signing up, where I had already produced a few articles and experienced the product. The reason why I asked for a refund right away was reading another negative thread on Reddit about your product just after signing up. However, I decided to try the product anyway and was deeply disappointed with the quality of the output.
