When I asked customer support why this is the case and why they charge their customers when their product doesn't live up to its promises, their reply was that they recently added a new engine, and it is clearly stated that it is a beta product. Does that mean that I am expected to fund their research stage without getting any use of the product? No, thank, you! I can simply use chat gpt for free to generate low-quality content. It is even easier to use chat gpt as you can tell it what you want and not just write a simple title without the option for more explanation. I do not recommend the product at its current stage. I personally can't use it for anything since it generates rubbish content. They also do not offer a refund under any circumstances. P.S. I haven't threatened you in any way that I will write a negative review. My last message of our conversation states, "Thank you for your answers, they were useful for my review." Also, I did write this review a couple of hours after signing up, where I had already produced a few articles and experienced the product. The reason why I asked for a refund right away was reading another negative thread on Reddit about your product just after signing up. As someone else has written about the company here: "The sentences are just beating around the bush just to reach the number of words you need. They DON'T generate comprehensive articles contrary to what other reviews here (that may be from their own team) are saying." This is spot on to my experience as well. They excuse themselves with being on a beta test level (then don't charge) and that their software is very cheap (29 dollars a month is expensive compared to GPT 4 - a tool that is so much more impressive that it makes articly.ai look like a calculated, sad excuse in any comparison). As the user quoted before also writes: "I think it's also a SCAM that someone from their team would pretend to hire a content writer on Upwork with access to their app as one of the requirements for the job so you'd be forced to pay to be qualified for the job." This is the same experience I had. Stay away from this company. They're trying to ride the hype of AI without any competencies to provide value for anyone other than themselves. I've never spent money on something as devoid of value as articly.ai.
