Disappointing experience The text generated is ai detectable and contains plagiarism. When I asked customer support why this is the case and why they charge their customers when their product doesn't live up to its promises, their reply was that they recently added a new engine, and it is clearly stated that it is a beta product. Does that mean that I am expected to fund their research stage without getting any use of the product? No, thank, you! I can simply use chat gpt for free to generate low-quality content. It is even easier to use chat gpt as you can tell it what you want and not just write a simple title without the option for more explanation. I do not recommend the product at its current stage. I personally can't use it for anything since it generates rubbish content. They also do not offer a refund under any circumstances. P.S.
