Dishonest pricing & number of errors! I had a rather frustrating experience with this service due to their dishonest pricing and numerous errors. When I tried their 7-day trial, things didn't go smoothly right from the beginning. There was an issue connecting to the site, which took them 5 days to fix due to a developer error. To make up for it, they extended my trial period, but it was still quite annoying. During the trial, I encountered a situation where 3 articles failed to publish correctly, requiring me to redo them. While it wasn't the end of the world, it certainly tested my patience. The most disappointing part came after my trial ended when I wanted to find out the pricing for their memberships. I couldn't access the main site and reached out to their support. Unfortunately, it took them over 36 hours to respond to my initial email, so I sent a follow-up. Finally, I received a response with a link to their pricing, which indicated $20 monthly and $40 monthly options. However, I was charged $97 for a monthly membership instead. When I questioned this, their explanation was that they were conducting AB testing on new pricing models, and the option I saw was no longer available. They showed no intention of reintroducing that price, leaving me feeling cheated and disappointed. All in all, my experience with this service was marred by dishonest pricing practices and a lack of timely communication.
