GBUploading videos sucks Uploading videos sucks. Sometimes the files get dropped. Then sometimes it doesn't work at all.

PHAs an affiliate marketer As an affiliate marketer, voomly has been a game-changer for me. It's super easy to embed their videos on my website, which has been great for directing potential buyers. The best part? The flexibility it offers. Updating promotions is a breeze – I can edit videos without changing their original links, saving me loads of time and keeping my campaigns running smoothly. Plus, I really appreciate the variety of interaction elements voomly provides. Big thumbs up!

NLSoftware offline, losing income... Talkia (part of Voomly) is offline for 2 days now, Talkia is an offline program but appearantly they want you through their login wall. If you are dependant on your software for a living: hard pass on anything Voomly...

GBGreat video app with some limitations… Great video app with some limitations for example timing the music or speech underneath the video. Another problem I saw was to import screenshots into the system - I need to screenshot a scientific article headline, save it to Apple photos and upload it from there. I also found that scientific concepts are not very easy at least for me to illustrate. I think a better communication with developers from users might resolve the problems.

GBI'm uncertain about this company I'm uncertain about this company. I did receive the downloads for Doodly (one of their software) and was able to log into my account yesterday. I decided today I did not want Talkia and their website problems today are: 1. password reset fails to send an email to do this task 2. "Support" buttons bring the user to blank pages on their website. 3. Contact information in their license agreement comes up as problematic from my email provider. 4. No chat or phone numbers are available. There is a physical address in their license agreement. However, do I want to do business with a party that is that difficult to reach? My approach will be to dispute the charges with my bank if they continue with problems and keep the documentation to show the problems. If they cannot honor their agreements, they are of no use to me. Follow-up: I was able to get through with the email billing address at the top of the invoice. They have replied with an email and opened a ticket. I already have a letter drafted and ready to go if I don't get decent service from here. This is still not a very good experience, since they should publish a link to their ticket service on every page of their website that refers to support!
