Another problem I saw was to import screenshots into the system - I need to screenshot a scientific article headline, save it to Apple photos and upload it from there. I also found that scientific concepts are not very easy at least for me to illustrate. I think a better communication with developers from users might resolve the problems.

Their billing practices are abusive because even though you cancel your subscription and delete your card, they continue to charge you and the charges continue to arrive on the card.
