KEI feel scammed I feel scammed. Easy to sign-up and use free trial and money gets deducted after 14th day. That's where hardship starts. I tried canceling subscription, didn't work. I was redirected to 3 websites. And it still didn't work. They keep dummy "cancel subscription" buttons that do not work. No refunds whatsoever. False advertising and aggressive upselling and hidden profiles make the whole thing look like a scam product. It's mind-boggling the lengths some of these online service providers can go to defraud people.

SGAbsolutely a waste of time Absolutely a waste of time. There are so many errors, and the product doesn't work. I emailed them and told them the specific problem, and they told me to load another browser and keep recording video for them when the problem was clearly stated. Going in circles for a product that doesn't work and support that is not helping. Don't bother.

GBI'm uncertain about this company I'm uncertain about this company. I did receive the downloads for Doodly (one of their software) and was able to log into my account yesterday. I decided today I did not want Talkia and their website problems today are: 1. password reset fails to send an email to do this task 2. "Support" buttons bring the user to blank pages on their website. 3. Contact information in their license agreement comes up as problematic from my email provider. 4. No chat or phone numbers are available. There is a physical address in their license agreement. However, do I want to do business with a party that is that difficult to reach? My approach will be to dispute the charges with my bank if they continue with problems and keep the documentation to show the problems. If they cannot honor their agreements, they are of no use to me. Follow-up: I was able to get through with the email billing address at the top of the invoice. They have replied with an email and opened a ticket. I already have a letter drafted and ready to go if I don't get decent service from here. This is still not a very good experience, since they should publish a link to their ticket service on every page of their website that refers to support!

AUVery poor fake scam should be shut… Very poor fake scam should be shut down. Waste of time and energy dealing with fake scams. Bogus product no delivery fake delivery setup and dishonest staff writing emails with fake tracking numbers. Avoid this business.
