GBSCAM, DON'T USE THEM I am repeating other customer's review as I experienced exactly the same thing "Really bad service, very disappointed with the support and feel like I got scammed. I signed up for the free trial and then was unable to cancel and was charged . I've been reaching out to support for 2 weeks without an answer. I hope they do something about it!" I only want to add that I have been charged a yearly subscription price which £850 !!!!!! Unbelievable.... There is no way to cancel subscription or delete account. Also on another note, the account page shows my free trial continues until 6/12/2023 but has been charged on 30/11/2023????? What a scenario........
