Still, when I used the Flashinfo platform it was an amazing experience I ever had because it's one platform with so many features. Really bad service Really bad service, very disappointed with the support and feel like I got scammed. I signed up for the free trial and then was unable to cancel and was charged. I've been reaching out to support for 2 weeks without an answer. I hope they do something about it!

This is a fraudulent company This is a fraudulent company. I accepted a ‘free 3 day trial’ but there is no option to cancel the trial anywhere on the website or app. I have had no response from the numerous emails I have sent. This is just a scam to charge clients for a service they do not want.

I only want to add that I have been charged a yearly subscription price which £850 !!!!!! Unbelievable.... There is no way to cancel subscription or delete account. Also on another note, the account page shows my free trial continues until 6/12/2023 but has been charged on 30/11/2023????? What a scenario........
