Outstanding plugin and support I've been using the plugin for around a year on a few websites. I first purchased a licence for myself to test it out and then for my clients. I love it. It really does the job of several other plugins. I mainly use it with infoproducts and I have also created a fully customized eshop with the Upsell Plugin. Support is great. Upsellplugin Came to My Rescue! Not only has the upsell plugin solved a problem I had with LearnDash, the technical support was phenomenal. I would have had much less stress had I tried the plugin sooner. I was able to create a custom checkout process with the direct help of Eric at upsellplugin.com. He provided top-level tech support as I am still learning LearnDash. The plugin is easy to use and configure. However, help is not far away if you need it. Attention - suspected fraud Attention - suspected fraud I purchased the plugin on 22/02. Unfortunately, the plugin is not functional to my needs, and I therefore asked for a refund after a few days, as foreseen by their policies. Following the instructions on their site (contact form) I requested them a refund on 26/02, but did not receive any feedback. Again, I contacted them on 01/03, no feedback. I will report the payment to my bank as fraud.
