Attention - suspected fraud Attention - suspected fraud I purchased the plugin on 22/02. Unfortunately, the plugin is not functional to my needs, and I therefore asked for a refund after a few days, as foreseen by their policies. Following the instructions on their site (contact form) I requested them a refund on 26/02, but did not receive any feedback. Again, I contacted them on 01/03, no feedback. I will report the payment to my bank as fraud.

Amazing Customer Service for a Very Capable Plugin After purchasing the plugin, I was having trouble with getting it to work due to some caching issues not entirely caused by the plugin.
