One Happy Customer I have been ordering my Rogaine from this site for several years now. I am totally satisfied with their customer service and speedy shipment. Their prices are a lot cheaper than Shoppers Drug Mart and Rexall.

7 days since ordering with no shipment going out or responses to my emails. On the site they claim orders will be sent out the next business day, or same day depending on when it's placed. Well I ordered on Monday and it's now Sunday, with no order shipped out and no responses. I've sent a couple of emails to see whats going on, which no one responded to. What I did get, was an email from USPS saying pre-shipment info had been sent 3 days ago, but with no actual shipment being received. I'm guessing this was updated to make it look like an order was actually going out. As of today the USPS site is still in pre-shipment, aka they haven't dropped it off yet. No one has responded to my emails either. If I don't get a response soon, I'll contact my credit card company and report it. It's disappointing as the reviews seemed good, but this is starting to get extremely suspect.

I order item more than 7 days ans still… I order item more than 7 days ans still did not receive it. The day I ordered it was 3, 5 days to deliver. Also, no update as I choose on my cell number. Not happy with this website, and I will not order anymore from them. I tracked my item in the website. I am in Canada and I do not know why my item went to US and after Jamaica Airport because the store in Calgary?!

Canada gets the shaft I wasn't told anything valid about the split shipping including 2 of the 3 mailing tracking codes I was never given. When I returned to check the site, my product, in fact no product, is now currently available in my region anymore. So I can rank your mediocre service hut the reality is its impossible and unlikely I will do business with you again. Let me know if I can get kirkland minoxidil again in the future. Otherwise good luck selling an empty store.

Great service - site no longer accessible! Excellent service, rapid delivery. However VERY unfortunate that Kirkland Minoxidil can no longer be delivered to Canada. It seems that the whole site shut down - all products sold out. Customers referred to Essential Clinic. Don't understand because there are other sites that still supply Kirkland Minoxidil and Rogaine to Canadian customers.
