CA7 days since ordering with no shipment going out or responses to my emails. On the site they claim orders will be sent out the next business day, or same day depending on when it's placed. Well I ordered on Monday and it's now Sunday, with no order shipped out and no responses. I've sent a couple of emails to see whats going on, which no one responded to. What I did get, was an email from USPS saying pre-shipment info had been sent 3 days ago, but with no actual shipment being received. I'm guessing this was updated to make it look like an order was actually going out. As of today the USPS site is still in pre-shipment, aka they haven't dropped it off yet. No one has responded to my emails either. If I don't get a response soon, I'll contact my credit card company and report it. It's disappointing as the reviews seemed good, but this is starting to get extremely suspect.

CAWas sent a completely incorrect order… Was sent a completely incorrect order of minoxidil solution instead of the minoxidil foam I ordered (around a $50 difference in cost ). It took some time for hair supply to respond back to me and only after I made a complaint through paypal. I was then sent half my order of minoxidil foam, when I then had to complain again before I was sent the rest of my order. Overall a negative experience and way too much of a hassle.

CANever received product, no communication Ordered a product through this website over 3 months ago and never received it and never received any responses to multiple emails and messages. They have no means of communication besides a general info@ email and a Facebook page. I've reported and requested refund through PayPal and am reporting the seller wherever possible. I had previously (a couple years ago?) ordered something from what I thought was the same company without issue, but the current company appears to be a scam.

CAExtremely slow shipping Extremely slow shipping. Placed an order on February 8th and according to the tracking the package was handed over to USPS on 14th only. It's February 23rd and the package is still in the US UPDATE: was reached out by Hair Supply team and was told that something happened and the package returned back to the warehouse. It doesn't change the fact, however, that the package was only sent after 4 business day, while website states that all shipment are dispatched next business day. Having said that, the company is definitely willing to work towards a solution and they reached out to me fairly quickly.
