Was sent a completely incorrect order… Was sent a completely incorrect order of minoxidil solution instead of the minoxidil foam I ordered (around a $50 difference in cost ). It took some time for hair supply to respond back to me and only after I made a complaint through paypal. I was then sent half my order of minoxidil foam, when I then had to complain again before I was sent the rest of my order. Overall a negative experience and way too much of a hassle.

It was fine It was fine, but shipped from the US so took a little longer than expected to guess (as it's advertised as Hair Supply "Canada". Pricing was competitive.

Never received product, no communication Ordered a product through this website over 3 months ago and never received it and never received any responses to multiple emails and messages. They have no means of communication besides a general info@ email and a Facebook page. I've reported and requested refund through PayPal and am reporting the seller wherever possible. I had previously (a couple years ago?) ordered something from what I thought was the same company without issue, but the current company appears to be a scam.

Rogaine liquid is a product we have… Rogaine liquid is a product we have bought in the past. It was difficult to find a new provider. When we found 'Hair Supply' we were delighted. This is the second time purchasing the Rogaine Liquid from them. The shipment arrived within a week and we are very happy with the product and price.

I had made a purchase on June 22nd and… I had made a purchase on June 22nd and still there hasn’t been any update on my order. I have contacted them multiple times via email and there hasn’t been an response from their end. There is no change on tracking status as well.
