When they first called me they… When they first called me they pretended to be a client , he said he was an apartment owner that needed services made me wait on hold for the supposed apartment manager that wanted to ask me for pricing . Asked me about all our services and quotes . Then ge went into his 411 locals sales pitch . I hung up on them don’t fall for them they pray on small businesses.

Lady ended call on me while I was talking I got a call from a lady from 411 local. She offered to give me a promotion, I decline the promotion cause I don’t get calls. She tried to offer it again, I said I’m good because I have better companies to work with for more calls and better price. While I was talking she just ended the call on me while I was talking. This is bad manners when you’re trying to work with someone. Inappropriate manners! DONT RECOMMEND!!!

We have a small family business that… We have a small family business that offers handyman repairs. We always relied on customers to recommend us and bring new customers but after the pandemic, we started losing customers. It seemed more companies are advertising online and we had no choice but to do the same. I’m happy that 411 Locals reached out because their pricing is better than the other companies I researched. The business is slowly recovering and it’s all thanks to us being online. Thanks!

411 LOCALS IS A SCAM Signed up in January, tried to cancel in March but they literally wouldn't let me, would just transfer my phone call indefinitely or say they'd cancel and didnt. Finally got officially canceled in April after I FROZE MY CREDIT CARD. They continuously call me every day, sometime up to 3 times in a day to solicit service, 6 months after I cancel. I beg them to stop harassing me and they just taunt me. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR 411 LOCALS, ITS A SCAM!!

Terrible at what they do Terrible at what they do, had no reputable calls or customers that was promised 15 calls or leads from signing up. Absolute scam, the deal they wanted one last payment to forfeit my account. They still have that ad linked to there own number.... SCAM take note if a customer calls there number they will get someone with no experience in your trade and will not forward the call to you as we tested this Several times throughout the 1200$ we spent.
