They used my credit card to charge without authorization I paid to have a website done and agreed to have $579 charged to my business account. While working with the design team I received an invoice indicated PAID with an additional charge of $1000. I wrote to my contact stating I had not authorized the charge. I received a call from Travis who told me he was working on an email that would outline what the charge was for - one of the things was that it was for a 5 year agreement to host the site. I did not agree to the charge and based on how the website design was progressing I was not interested in getting tied up with the company for 5 years. This company took the credit card information I provided them for an authorized purchase and used it a 2nd time without authorization. Still trying to get this corrected. Be very wary about doing business with them. Make it clear you want everything in writing and that the company is not to charge your card without your authorization. I thought that was a standard in business anyway but apparently not with this company.

SCAM This company initially required me to pay upfront for my logo and they bombed it completely. Eventually they got it right. Secondly they offered me to build my website. They then requested the money upfront again. To no avail I spent two months attempting to have them launch their work. As soon as I requested my money back... they then launched a half as site. Life is a gamble however, good customer service from a good paying customer should never render a gamble. Please think twice about utilizing this company unless you like giving your money away and getting half ass to No results. I have emails, phone recordings, text messages etc. this company is a total scam that deceives small businesses.

They scammed me out of 200.00 I have no cards no shirts and have not started business because of this.. its gonna be worth the 80.00 when I take then to court. These people are disrespectful and have no regard to provide real service, they told me two weeks for refund, refuse to communicate told me if I post complaint they will not give review..I as consumer have the right to post dissatisfaction..you as a company dont get to scam me and keep my money. I have emails and recorded conversations..they deserve 0 stars

Don’t do it Don’t do it! They do not provide what they say they will and the 24-48he turn around time they promise..... not true. There is a reason they removed the review feature on their FB page....They will take your money then give you nothing in return that can be used..... Beware if you do any art revision they refuse to refund your money read the fine print on policy. . It’s set that they can give you whatever they want and you can do nothing about it if you engaged in the design process. Disgusting business practices!! The good reviews are lies. Watch out for Devin too.... total joke and scam. THE PACKAGE I ordered suddenly disappeared from the site as if it never existed and the invoice does not state what the package includes. Take a screen shot for proof. I ended up eating the loss and forwent disputing a second time with Amex after they ignored two weeks worth of emails demanding final files that I approved and could use because I just wanted to be done with A sorry excuse of a company. What comes around goes around and they will get theirs if they continue doing people wrong... they know it and I do too! RUN and DO NOT LOOK TWICE!!!!!
