SCAM This company initially required me to pay upfront for my logo and they bombed it completely. Eventually they got it right. Secondly they offered me to build my website. They then requested the money upfront again. To no avail I spent two months attempting to have them launch their work. As soon as I requested my money back... they then launched a half as site. Life is a gamble however, good customer service from a good paying customer should never render a gamble. Please think twice about utilizing this company unless you like giving your money away and getting half ass to No results. I have emails, phone recordings, text messages etc. this company is a total scam that deceives small businesses.

Don’t do it Don’t do it! They do not provide what they say they will and the 24-48he turn around time they promise..... not true. There is a reason they removed the review feature on their FB page....They will take your money then give you nothing in return that can be used..... Beware if you do any art revision they refuse to refund your money read the fine print on policy. . It’s set that they can give you whatever they want and you can do nothing about it if you engaged in the design process. Disgusting business practices!! The good reviews are lies. Watch out for Devin too.... total joke and scam. THE PACKAGE I ordered suddenly disappeared from the site as if it never existed and the invoice does not state what the package includes. Take a screen shot for proof. I ended up eating the loss and forwent disputing a second time with Amex after they ignored two weeks worth of emails demanding final files that I approved and could use because I just wanted to be done with A sorry excuse of a company. What comes around goes around and they will get theirs if they continue doing people wrong... they know it and I do too! RUN and DO NOT LOOK TWICE!!!!!

Hidden fees. Constant website crashes. No refunds. Worst customer service. Hidden fees. I've had issues accessing a website for 3 weeks. I can't even access my domain emails. Refunds do not exist. They will lie to your face about services you paid for. Claim website crashes wont happen often or ever, (but they do) and then make you wait weeks to get it resolved. Apparently 1 person speaks for the entire company. They claim there a 24hr customer support service on there website, yet the 1 person you ever reach tells you, there only open certain times. Although nobody answers or it's the same guy from customer service.

And if the company replies back on their reviews they can’t find you in their system it’s a lie so people on here are swayed away from the bad reviews. I wish I had read the reviews . They totally took your money up front , make crappy websites, gives you someone who can barely speak English . Then tell you you that you agreed to it when in fact you didn’t . After they kept getting my info and website wrong . I told them to cancel and they kept trying to dissuade me . Finally I sent in a email . And got a nasty email back they were keeping my money. Do not pay anything up front !! They do not refund. And do not deliver good service . I have taken my case to a attorney. And I am in the process of a doing a complaint with better business bureau . Consider yourself warned ! Please use another company.
