INPersonal Experience Everything is good.But their Pending Point System for a long duration destroyed their app.I know security concern is important.But holding points for a long duration is not an option.Earning Potential is not that good because of pending point system.If an user choose this website/app for self earning source.Then he/she would not get more option of earning if we remove refer and earn option.

THIS FP HELP TEAM HAS NOT HELPED ME IN ANY FAIR & RESPONSIBLE WAY BUT KEEPS GIVING ME EXCUSES & MORE EXCUSES & YOU KEEP ROBBING EARNED SURVEY POINTS FROM ME FOR OVER A YEAR TOTAL SHAME ON YOU FP PEOPLE!! NOT EVEN 1 COURTSEY POINT HAS BEEN RECEIVED BACK FROM FEATUREPOINTS FOR OVER A YEAR FOR 1000s OF MY EARNED SURVEY POINTS THEY STOLE FROM ME!!

INNo Customer service here Their customer service doesn't respond to concerns addressed by email. My points were missing for games apps download and usage. But their reply email states we need to refer to the FAQ page which frankly doesn't solve specific issues.
