GBW-Systems have been very courteous and… W-Systems have been very courteous and professional, I just haven't found that they provide much value to me. I have been developing in Sugar for over 7 years so I have found that my knowledge level of the product is right up there inline with any of the W-Systems staff. There just isn't much help they can provide to me that I'm not already aware of myself.

GBQuick to respond and deal with issues Quick to respond and deal with issues. Overall been a good experience aside from some upgrade costs that hurt a bit.
