W-Systems should be your CRM partners. We have found W-Systems to be a great partner in helping us make full use of our CRM. The staff is professional and always helpful. In some cases we have had very tricky scenarios pop up and their staff has consistently been focused on solutions. I would recommend them for sure.

Average as of late I'm giving this an average review, as my experience with UpCurve/W-Systems has been good overall, but lately, there's been a lot of miscommunication/no-communication and big delays with the fixes in our instance that's causing problems in our environment. I'm hoping this changes in the near future.

Project overview Our W-Systems team were very attentive and helpful throughout the project so far. We had some hiccups along the way that caused some delays in our project. Communication has from our team to theirs has never been an issue.
