DEohoh ohoh, very non-transparent, non-transparent price structure although free and openSpource is offered. You should not entrust them with any CRM data - that is fatal.

GBW-Systems have been very courteous and… W-Systems have been very courteous and professional, I just haven't found that they provide much value to me. I have been developing in Sugar for over 7 years so I have found that my knowledge level of the product is right up there inline with any of the W-Systems staff. There just isn't much help they can provide to me that I'm not already aware of myself.

GBMore than two years now and we still haven't gone live with GoldMine CRM! All our requirements, expectations and concerns were provided to our local GoldMine representative in detail prior to making this purchase. We were assured that there was nothing to worry about. Their proposal included the cost to purchase the software, hours to get us up and running, training, etc. We were led to believe that it was a turnkey package and as a small business we were excited to begin using this new tool. More than two years later and having spent thousands of dollars we never anticipated in additional support, we still have no clear path to going live with GoldMine. Simply put, there was a huge disconnect between what we were told prior to the sale and the reality of get GM up and running. I can't tell you how many times I've heard, "well that was the sales answer to your question" when saying "but we were told this wouldn’t be an issue". My hope in writing this review is not to give GoldMine a black eye because based on what we saw during the sales presentation I believe it will serve its purpose if we can ever get it off the ground. If GoldMine will do the right thing and get us up and running, I'd be happy to write a follow up review of how we like the software itself.

GBAverage as of late I'm giving this an average review, as my experience with UpCurve/W-Systems has been good overall, but lately, there's been a lot of miscommunication/no-communication and big delays with the fixes in our instance that's causing problems in our environment. I'm hoping this changes in the near future.
