I highly DO NOT recommend I highly DO NOT recommend! The software is horrible. Buggy, complicated and far from user-intuitive. If you need to export your data for any reason, forget it. My 30+ year developer said its a nightmare. Worse than all that, the customer service is terrible! They will turn off your Company account the day your bill is due regardless of whether they sent the invoice to the right person or not (if they even sent the invoice). In Covid when you're an essential business even! Horrible company!

Average as of late I'm giving this an average review, as my experience with UpCurve/W-Systems has been good overall, but lately, there's been a lot of miscommunication/no-communication and big delays with the fixes in our instance that's causing problems in our environment. I'm hoping this changes in the near future.

nicknamed mosasses so slow! nicknamed mosasses so slow!! I don't get why someone would not just make thier own php app... SugarCRM is a scam. Don't buy it!

W-Systems have been very courteous and… W-Systems have been very courteous and professional, I just haven't found that they provide much value to me. I have been developing in Sugar for over 7 years so I have found that my knowledge level of the product is right up there inline with any of the W-Systems staff. There just isn't much help they can provide to me that I'm not already aware of myself.

Good people at W-Sys but difficult… Good people at W-Sys but difficult start-up of Sugar CRM. Still completing original project 16 months later.
