More than two years now and we still haven't gone live with GoldMine CRM! All our requirements, expectations and concerns were provided to our local GoldMine representative in detail prior to making this purchase. We were assured that there was nothing to worry about. Their proposal included the cost to purchase the software, hours to get us up and running, training, etc. We were led to believe that it was a turnkey package and as a small business we were excited to begin using this new tool. More than two years later and having spent thousands of dollars we never anticipated in additional support, we still have no clear path to going live with GoldMine. Simply put, there was a huge disconnect between what we were told prior to the sale and the reality of get GM up and running. I can't tell you how many times I've heard, "well that was the sales answer to your question" when saying "but we were told this wouldn’t be an issue". My hope in writing this review is not to give GoldMine a black eye because based on what we saw during the sales presentation I believe it will serve its purpose if we can ever get it off the ground. If GoldMine will do the right thing and get us up and running, I'd be happy to write a follow up review of how we like the software itself.

Knowledgeable, accessible, cost effective, understands our business To date our experience with the W-systems team has been solid. All staff from sales, project manager, leadership, and engineering have been knowledgeable, accessible, and spent time to understand our business needs. Have gone through CRM selection, development, and deployment once before this process with W-Systems has been more cost effective and faster. My only suggestion, improve the sales to project management hand off. Happy to provide additional color if needed. Again, would choose W-systems again.

W-Systems is a reliable partner The folks at W-Systems do most things right most of the time, and when something doesn't turn out correct, they work hard on fixing it.

Project overview Our W-Systems team were very attentive and helpful throughout the project so far. We had some hiccups along the way that caused some delays in our project. The W-Systems team worked diligently to resolve these conflicts and get us the information we needed to proceed. Rob and Sandy are always available for guidance and help along the way. Communication has from our team to theirs has never been an issue.
