CAW-Systems should be your CRM partners. We have found W-Systems to be a great partner in helping us make full use of our CRM. The staff is professional and always helpful. In some cases we have had very tricky scenarios pop up and their staff has consistently been focused on solutions. I would recommend them for sure.

GBI highly DO NOT recommend I highly DO NOT recommend! The software is horrible. Buggy, complicated and far from user-intuitive. If you need to export your data for any reason, forget it. My 30+ year developer said its a nightmare. Worse than all that, the customer service is terrible! They will turn off your Company account the day your bill is due regardless of whether they sent the invoice to the right person or not (if they even sent the invoice). In Covid when you're an essential business even! Horrible company!

GBAverage as of late I'm giving this an average review, as my experience with UpCurve/W-Systems has been good overall, but lately, there's been a lot of miscommunication/no-communication and big delays with the fixes in our instance that's causing problems in our environment. I'm hoping this changes in the near future.

GBKnowledgeable, accessible, cost effective, understands our business To date our experience with the W-systems team has been solid. All staff from sales, project manager, leadership, and engineering have been knowledgeable, accessible, and spent time to understand our business needs. Have gone through CRM selection, development, and deployment once before this process with W-Systems has been more cost effective and faster. My only suggestion, improve the sales to project management hand off. Happy to provide additional color if needed. Again, would choose W-systems again.

GBW Systems was a fantastic partner W Systems was a fantastic partner to work with. We had previously attempted to implement a different CRM system with another partner, which yielded unsuccessful results. However, in our initial conversations with W Systems, we felt a sense of transparency and willingness to build a CRM system that was specific to our needs. Our vision for a CRM system posed several challenges: 1. We are highly visual people and wanted a system that was graphically appealing and clear; 2. We are an international firm working in a number of markets with diverse sets of requirements; and 3. We wanted our new CRM to seamlessly integrate with existing workflows that heavily relied on Microsoft Outlook. Overall, W Systems was able to navigate these challenges by building a customized CRM system. My one criticism was that due to the large number of customizations that we had requested, W Systems was unable to foresee the challenges of automatic CRM system updates that could impact functionality of custom work. However, this issue was resolved with the past couple of years and W Systems continues to monitor our CRM pre- and post-updates. Overall, we would recommend W Systems to other firms. Their attention to detail and being able to listen to our needs and then to implement them into a tailored CRM has changed the way our team works to be much more efficient.
