Hair is accurate just like the picture, hair is tangle free little to no shedding...very soft and easy to manage. Very natural looking hairline. Parting space is wonderful, I can make the braiding and the ponytail style as I want. Bleached and dyed, it still looks perfect . I've received a lot of compliments on it. and professional. The elastic band was sewed on perfectly and it fits on my head great. Shipping was quick and communication was great. They were very helpful with any questions I had. Brilliant customer service! Honesty would give zero stars if i… Honesty would give zero stars if i could. So i have ordered twice from this company. my first order was fine. I even loved the product so naturally i wanted to order again. But that was a mistake. When i received the product for the second time, (the same wig i got before) I hated it. The wig was poor quality, very thin to the point you could see the tracks, basically it looked nothing like the first wig i purchased. But the worst part for me was the customer service. I emailed them about how i was unhappy with their product. And they was very unhelpful. They literally kept pushing for a discount. No matter what i said they didn't care, just wanted my money. So after a week with emailing them, I was sick of them telling me my only solution was a discount on the next purchase. So I opened a disputed with PayPal.

I really enjoyed doing this wig. It doesn't come off, the lace is thin and easy to work with. The hair was unexpectedly thick and full. It is realistic in length and easy to manage. It didn't come off. The bleach was good! 10/10 will buy from here again!

A month later and nothing until I kept texting and was told it takes longer for a custom so I waited a little longer .when I finally received my order it wasn't what I ordered and no changes .now they are not responding. Don't use this company they will screw you out of 250 $$ Buyers beware

I'm very disappointed in what you call… I'm very disappointed in what you call 100 percent human hair. I took your product to a highly professional STYLIST, to add some greys to your male hair piece and it melted. I almost died, a gift to my grandfather. If it was not for the fact i bought two and spray painted some greys in the second one. He and my grandmother would have been very disappointed.
