My package was delivered very quickly for an ongoing pandemic, and I have to say, I'm impressed! I love it. I love it. 5 stars for sure. Hair: LADIIIESSSS That's it Accurate length, no tangles (even after bleaching tangles and co-washing), holds curl well, no smell, very little shedding, and very thick hair. Everything was accurate and I really have no complaints. Although the lace is not clear, it accepts bleach very well. For the price I paid, I am very satisfied and I will be back.

SCAM! SAVE YOUR MONEY! I purchased clip in hair extensions and not only were they the wrong color, they were the wrong length as well! When i tried calling the hotline number, It was answered by a woman who sounded like it was her home with no noise in the background who couldn't speak english. she told me to then text the whatsapp number to make my complaint and when i tried to they responded with "don't worry i will check later." WHAT?! how is this professional or a way to run a business. Turns out they refuse to pay return shipping even though they sent the wrong product so returning would have cost almost as much as my refund when i was not even certain they would give me my refund when they recieved it. Absolutely atrocious, never ever buy from them.. the quality was even disappointing!

I even loved the product so naturally i wanted to order again. But that was a mistake. When i received the product for the second time, (the same wig i got before) I hated it. The wig was poor quality, very thin to the point you could see the tracks, basically it looked nothing like the first wig i purchased. But the worst part for me was the customer service. I emailed them about how i was unhappy with their product. And they was very unhelpful. They literally kept pushing for a discount. No matter what i said they didn't care, just wanted my money. So after a week with emailing them, I was sick of them telling me my only solution was a discount on the next purchase. So I opened a disputed with PayPal.
