USlead returns and profile changes are cumbersome The lead return process is VERY cumbersome. And, when they give you leads that don't meet the filters, they say, "You keep those leads to call at exdates, so you should pay for them still." They have a 15% cap on lead returns. My individual rep, Michelle, has been great. Compared to smaller guys, they have the processes setup to get you leads, get them sent systematically, and to give you options. I wish you didn't have to speak to the rep to make changes. I feel like a kid asking for permission to make a change to the account.

USmany duplicate leads after several… many duplicate leads after several years with this company. half of the new leads I receive have already been sent to me, in some cases several times before. The return process is time consuming especially when I have to follow up on rejected returns that were duplicates. Once and a while I get good new leads and am able to convert them, but I find myself questioning the return on investment especially when it comes to chasing them down for credit on what I believe are recycled leads. The reply posted after this review is a scripted joke

USReally love the leads Really love the leads. There is no truly exclusive lead company but when I search the numbers and emails in my CRM's I never see duplicates from other companies. People that understand what I just said will know what that means. Highly recommended.

USThe leads are not consistent The leads are not consistent. Some weeks the leads are profitable but only about 2%. The leads do not meet my filters and we have to obtain a credit. Which though is a good process with Precise.

USMy relationship with PreciseLeads has… My relationship with PreciseLeads has been exceptional. The quality of shared leads as good as you could expect.
