Complete scam Customer service is completely uncooperative. They make you run in circles without ever offering solutions to problems you’re having. Complete scam.

Poor Poor, continued to cancel and they kept taking payment. Finally got cancelled after a lot of chasing in Jan-21 and then they took a annual payment in Nov-21. When I sent them all the conversations, they then renewed for a year from Nov-21 to Nov-22!!! Waste of time using it and like pulling teeth to get a response or refund
