scammy company scammy company, the product is buggy and doesn't work, the support is useless, and they won't refund your money even though the product doesn't work, even after they admin it. It's a robbery - stay away!

Poor Poor, continued to cancel and they kept taking payment. Finally got cancelled after a lot of chasing in Jan-21 and then they took a annual payment in Nov-21. When I sent them all the conversations, they then renewed for a year from Nov-21 to Nov-22!!! Waste of time using it and like pulling teeth to get a response or refund

Good customer service When I had a question during the trial period, someone from their customer service team worked with me via zoom and answered my questions and helped me configure my account. I also like the fact they are adding new features all the time.

Stops working after a few weeks, Scamer team. After a few weeks, the integration stopped working and the team could not get it to reconnect. Avoid this at all costs as the team will rob you of your money. I have been back and forth with their support team who have not been able to fix the issue. What is worse that after they clearly admitted they couldn't fix the issue they would not issue a refund for the annual plan, instead opting to send me repetitive messages of how to fix the connection after they themselves could not fix it. I asked for a refund on the various occasions it was attempted to be reconnected but they ignored it. This is a borderline scam, I would advise you to go to peer platforms there are plenty that are out there.
