Good customer service When I had a question during the trial period, someone from their customer service team worked with me via zoom and answered my questions and helped me configure my account. I also like the fact they are adding new features all the time.

Watch out: misleading/fake discounts Watch out! The discounts are not applied and are misleiding. Check you invoices! Support not responsive.

Complete scam Customer service is completely uncooperative. They make you run in circles without ever offering solutions to problems you’re having. Complete scam.
