Amazing Ms. JENNIFER ROGERS I've been working with a logo design company for almost 2 years, now. Was connected with two other individuals that I felt everytime we talked, it was always about money spending of mine. Since then I was introduced to Ms. Jennifer Roger's. From the 1st call we shared I could tell she was motivated to help me complete my business's website and had a lot of fantastic ideas to my business being successful! Green Lakes Designers built a great… Green Lakes Designers built a great website for us, but then they started making other charges that were not mentioned in our initial conversation. They come up with, well we can't publish it until another few hundred is paid. We paid that and it was published, we were able to edit (we are a 501c3 rescue) and we could also ask them to add or move items, for months we have gotten no service and are unable to log in to make any changes ourselves. I have talked with three different people that were going to help, and they would, if we paid another 2 or 300 dollars. We have about $2,000 invested in their promises and are now stuck. I am going to sue.

Shockingly unprofessional I have nothing good to say about Green Lake Designers. They have taken over from Logo Jeeves and when I received a phone call yesterday about copyright of my logo, the information, communication and client care was completely non-existent. When billing me for a service (that I had mistakenly understood was already paid for), the fee was requested in an email. No invoice. I requested an invoice (which seemed to be an inconvenience) it arrived in a rushed manner without any clear indication of what I was paying for. I had to send it back and request basic, clear documentation (like indicating name and logo graphics on the receipt) that any reputable logo designer/copyright establishment would provide without needing to be prompted by the customer. This has been followed up with repeated phone calls and pressure tactics. They are clearly in a rush without any professional details, courtesy provided to the customer. Beware.

ROGERS HAVE WORKED RELENTLESS TO MAKE SURE I GET WHAT I NEEDED AND HAVE WORKED TO IMPROVE MY NEEDS. She has recommended action items that not only improve my website but also my views of my project. Everyone that has seen her work have been impressed by it. She maintains contact with me and has created confidence that anything needed will prompt be taken care of.
