Absolute garbage. Every 1 star review is true. All the 1 star reviews are accurate. I didn't see these reviews when I contracted them. There were constant increase in costs. They never created the project as spec'd. Refusal to accepted responsibility. When I refused an up charge they took my site down and said Google took it down. I tried to buy an add from Google to verify and they told me that Premier Logo had taken the site down. Miraculously the site came back when I reported this to them. When they couldn't pull off the functionality of the site all of a sudden my site got "hacked". They wanted $5k to fix that. Do as you will, but they scammed me and if anyone else wants to join me in legal action please reach out

Try Premier Logo Design! I’m happy I did. My experience with Premier Logo designs are truly remarkable,to say the least. The P.L.D team was very professional, courteous, and good at what they do. I am very impressed with my website. I’ve had other Web-design company’s create a website for me. All I will say about that is &¥€*%….(I wasn’t a happy camper) I can say that P.L.D. Say Far Away from These Ripoff Artists... This is the jankiest web design company I have ever come across. stay far away from this company. They will rip you off at every opportunity. They hijacked a site they made form my friend, and tried to upsell them overpriced stuff, telling them straight up lies, saying they needed to pay $500 for a SSL certificate. When my friend wanted to move their site, they did everything in their power to sandbag the process and make it more difficult. This company has terrible customer service and they will rip you off. If I could give negative stars, I would.

The company is a scam The company is a scam; I have reported it to the Federal Trade Commission. I read other reviews, and they have the game figured out and have done it to other people. They have multiple names: Premier Logo Designs, Creative Designs Agency, Amazon Logo Designs, and Alternative New York. They are all from India but adopt American names. I paid them for several services, including a pre-paid one-year web maintenance, but the poor guys cannot even update the plugins for the web page. This is how they work: • Offer a low price, asking you to pay at front to save money. • Start the project but never finish it, and ask for more money to fix the problem. • They offered other services, promising to work on the previous issue. • Once confronted, they promise they will work on the issue • When asking for the money back, they promise to do it later • Later arrives, and they terminate communication With all the money paid, they will not answer the phone, respond to emails or texts, and block me from the chat on their webpage.
