Comfort strip was missing at the bottom of every razor in my order. Very uncomfortable to shave with flawed razors. Quality control checks should be made before sending products out to customers. I ordered razors back in March. It felt like the razors were scraping my face when I shaved. I didn’t realize until recently that there were no comfort strips at the bottom of my razors and the plastic part of the razor was indeed scraping my face. There should be some type of quality control check before sending the product out.

It's a very great site and easy to order high quality razors. I really enjoy the selection of razors that the site has available. It's also really easy to choose the razors that best fit you and place the order without the hassle of walking into a store to have to pay more than you want to pay.

Not Bad... The razors arrive quickly after ordering. The quality of the razors and the shave is quite good and the value (price) is very good too. The original handles that came with the razors were awful, and there's been some improvement. However, they are still problematic because I still have to manually take the blade out of the cartridge and put it on the handle because the handle mechanism isn't strong/sharp enough to attach the blade to the handle directly from the cartridge.

Unacceptable For some reason, and I've tried many times, the handle and the cartridges do not mate. Furthermore, email to the contact address months ago received no replay. Bad product horrible customer service.

new shave cream/razors The new men's shave cream takes some getting used to but does allow a good shave and provides very smooth/soft skin afterwards. I would prefer a no-fragrance and/or difference option of fragrances however. The five-blade razors, though not as good as Gillette, make better sense from cost standpoint but have noticed the price point moving up and may not hold the same value if that continues.
