I'm a fan with some criticisms. I got fascinated with the online razor market after learning about Harry's. After trying 800Razors, I concluded they had a better product, especially the 3-blade razor. I'm not sure the 5-blade model is as good as Gillette's. This could be a wildly successful company if it takes a few fundamental steps: • consider a name change • improve the packaging and support materials • fix the glitches on the web site • improve overall customer experience This is a superior product that addresses a real frustration in the market, but the competition will eat 800razor's lunch if they don't improve their marketing and service model.

Great company, but Gillette blades work better for me The blades shave extremely close, but really too close for me. I find that I do get more razor burn with your blades than with the Gillette Fusion 5 blade model. I think that the wider gap between blades in your model allows the blades to 'bite' into my skin more, and it is uncomfortable. Also, the single trimmer blade on the back of the assembly is really inferior to the Gillette design. It barely cuts, and the black plastic points on the blade scratch my skin.

Unacceptable For some reason, and I've tried many times, the handle and the cartridges do not mate. Furthermore, email to the contact address months ago received no replay. Bad product horrible customer service.

The prices were average, nothing OMG about it, but still reasonably good.The customer service was OK,The communication was satisfactory. The interface was userfriendly. I didnt experience any problems with the process, it was completely stARDARd. Its a OK company, no better or no worse than any other.

This product isn't for me. I recall purchasing a similar product at Wal-Mart about 6 months ago. I discarded it after 3 days for the same reasons enumerated below. 800 razors ultra shave cream My face felt very smooth after shaving. • I would not like to shovel transparent snow off my drive. For the same reason I do not like to shave my face if the cream disappears and I can’t see where I have previously shaved. • There are 5 oz. in the container. You recommend I use ½ oz. when I shave. This means I will get 10 shaves out of each container. This is not very attractive from a cost per shave standpoint. I can buy an Edge, Gillette or Shick can of cream for about $3 and it will last at least a month and I can see where I have shaved. • The lubricant is so effective it made the razor slippery and difficult to hold.
