If your product has potential they will run with it and make it a success. Any negative you might hear seems more like a product problem as they did everything promised and more for our campaign.

Try to understand they do the same job for eveyone, they can not tell you if your product sucks or not. I saw a lot of weird stuff on Kickstarter raising millions of $. You sign a contract with them, every risc is shown and clearly explained.
