GBHire Funded Today at your own risk Hire Funded Today at your own risk. .we hired them for marketing our Kickstarter program and it was the worst mistake we could have made. Jordan David, the sleezy salesman (felt like a used car salesman in the way they are portrayed in the movies), slick talked his way through a presentation and once we paid the $2500 fee, disappeared and had "his team" doing the "work" which he then indicated he was not responsible for. They were non communicative, incompetent, not knowledgeable, and incapable of providing us the result that a quality company could. They took $400 for CrowdStock, which was supposed to automatically refill the available amounts of the product as they are pledged but it never happened and we had to manually track it due to supposed programming changes Kickstarter made. When asked for the contact from Jordan, he couldn't get one, even though he gave us the instructions to pay them. When i went to the site to fill out a contact form, it bounced back saying that jordan$crowdstock.io was no longer active. LOLOL, it's part of their company but they are saying it's not and won't provide the $400 refund even though ZERO work was done to earn that money. Not to mention, we ran social media ads and could tell every time they stopped due to a drop in activity and were told, oh we turned them off because you ran out of money, oh wait, you have money left, let's turn them back on?????? It's their business to drive sales and they can't either keep track of the ad spend or communicate to us that we needed to add more money to the budget? There is no portal to see any progress, you're flying totally blind and getting a response from anyone via Skype, the ONLY method they will communicate, is impossible. When I tried to have a call with Jordan he asked "what's it about? If it's about the ads, I can't help you ask Josh" It was always someone else's problem unless he was trying to collect money. Billing was not aware of any of the prior pledges we had brought to the table and tried to charge us, they didn't know that we were told $500 of the $2500 was included in the ad spend, etc. Needless to say, I would not recommend this company, I know their response is going to be "well you made X dollars compared to your original campaign which made a lot less" which is an unacceptable answer when our internal goal was a lot higher and COULD have been obtained if not for the inept service. I tried to reach out to a founder of the company and got NOTHING. Bad news, you've been warned.

ITHonestly, I couldn't expect any worse. Premise: our Kickstarter project wasn't successful and we're fully aware that this is not (only) caused Funded Today's. It's a series of things that just didn't work out well. However, our experience with Funded Today has been horrible and we couldn't be more disappointed. We purchased a pre-campaign and the newsletter + ads services, for a total of 5.500 USD. During the pre-campaign phase, we experienced: - A confusing and approximate planning. We've been forced to postpone our launch multiple times because Funded Today missed all the deadlines multiple times or made silly mistakes. - An awful Email Lead Generation landing page. The first version was dramatic, and they started promoting it with a wrong project name, a wrong URL slug, a completely misleading design and without waiting for our approval, also wasting some of our ads budget. The second version was slightly better, but still not even close to our expectations. And the ELG performance has been extremely poor, as expected. During the live campaign: - The results from ads have also been disappointing, but the experience here was not that dramatic and they communicated with us in a more accurate and timely manner. - About the newsletter, we're wondering how is it possible that we obtained only a hundreds of views from a mailing list with hundreds of thousands of subscribers (as they claim). Maybe Funded Today's mailing list quality and its open rate are not as good as they say, and definitely not worth the extremely high price they ask for. And then, the cherry on top: - At the end of the campaign, they sent a survey to all our backers, on our behalf and using our account, asking for their personal data (i.e. email address) with a scammy form and without prior approval from us. This is not just illegal, it's also extremely unfair. In conclusion, working with Funded Today has been a complete waste of time and money. We had to postpone the launch for several weeks, they stole email addresses from our backers sending a scammy survey on our behalf and they've been unclear, hasty, inaccurate most of the time. And — most importantly — they disappeared and started to ignore all our messages when the it was clear that the project wouldn't have reached the goal. This is so unprofessional and unfair that it's really hard to believe. If you're about to launch a project on Kickstarter, do yourself a favor: avoid Funded Today. Please. I also reported all of the above to Kickstarter, as I believe it is in their interest not to be associated, affiliated or linked to Funded Today. We're now considering to take legal action. If you also had a similar experience with them, send me a message. I've read hundreds of bad reviews like mine and I'm pretty sure we can join forces for a class action.

THThe cashback program is not working at… The cashback program is not working at all. I registered for the cashback program and shared the link on a post that had thousands of views, and the system did not report any clicks.

GBThis service is a scam They kept chasing us to work with them and convinced us that they would help us succeed with our Kickstarter. We paid them for Kickstarter design, newsletter and ads. After payment, funded today went quiet for 2 weeks, and then finally started with the design. Their first draft was horrible, the second edit round made it even worse. And by that time, we were 6 weeks further! Delays upon delays and lie on a lie, funded today kept us running behind them as soon as we paid. We hired a freelancer to design the page for us. It took her 4 days and we were ready to launch. If it was not for Funded today. They didn't reply for 1 week, and then told us they would need 3 more weeks before we could go live. 3 more weeks on top of their massive delay already... but we did not have a choice. We paid them, they didn't want to refund us, so we kept waiting. We launched, finally, 5 weeks ago. After 2 days, funded today totalled us $650. 650 dollars!!!!! That's all these scammers got us! No support, no help, only that our product was not good and they needed to stop their efforts. Hold on, they chased us before we even went live with our campaign, with daily emails from Jordan. Their scammy sales tactics made us lose 3 months of our time, expenses totalling over $8000 and nothing to show for it. If you have a dream of launching a successful Kickstarter then DO NOT listen to their stories and do not go overboard when they send you daily emails. They do not have your interests in mind, only their bank account and will drop you as soon as you paid them.

GBI never thought that ignoring customers was a successful business strategy. I paid this company $2,500 to help my Kickstarter campaign and all I got out of it was two 20 minute phone calls and a 71 page manual which was not relevant to my needs. Don't trust this company.
