GBThey hold your website hostage Unfortunately, it was pretty good customer service till I decided to change directions with my advertising and they withheld my files and restricted all access. Not helpful in transition. After paying for 2 years they were not trusting in receiving one more payment. It was sent but I lost a couple months of new business. Choose another company. Best of luck.

GBthey don't need your business anyway I have been talking to this company with their customer representatives for over 4 months. First he never follow up with his client and I sent him e mails never got reply, when I try to call him back ask when can I get the response after 3 weeks, he just told me I never received it and sent it again until I received then I will talk to u!!!! Wow they seems like they don't need your business anyway...so just leave them alone for their better good.

GBVery slow technical support I was able to get very few claims through without HOURS of troubleshooting. No immediate tech support available to resolve issues. Responses to requests for help are typically delayed 24 to 48 hours. Support has frequently able to resolve the issues in the short term, but is unable to identify the root problems to prevent the same issues from occurring repeatedly

GBOne star !!! So many issues with call center from them! The so to say Dental Expert on the line provides mostly false information to our prospective patients. They should hire more qualified personnel or exclude such type of provided service.
