GBTurnaround times were long The quality of work was very poor and turnaround times were long after the payment was not made upfront. Every revision I provided to the team took about a week for anyone to get back to me on. Multiple times I requested revisions were not completed. We finally settled on a final version, and the billing department on our end cut the check. I sent this information to my main contact over a week ago- and still have not heard back. The representative said he is travelling and can’t get in touch with billing. At this point we missed another marketing deadline. I would not consider using Microsite health again after this experience.
