I saw the doctor 3 weeks ago for my 7… I saw the doctor 3 weeks ago for my 7 month visit. They never uploaded my new orders, and I found out the day before Thanksgiving. I tried and tried to get someone to answer the phone, but it took three hours. No one would answer after being on hold for a long time. I talked to the receptionist three times before someone finally talked to me. I won't be back.

Professional and caring It took me over a month to figure out a formula that would alleviate the pain. The staff at Columbia Care were so patient and knowledgeable. Kristen especially was compassionate and ever so patient with me. Her advice was perfect. I'm hoping in the future Columbia will offer a better variety of products. This whole experience has been life changing for me.
