I would leave 0 stars if I could I would leave 0 stars if I could. This place is impossible to get in contact with. I’ve called probably over 100 times over the past month trying to cancel my membership after 7 months because I do not use it. Been on hold for hours and still didn’t get to speak to someone. Emailed numerous times. I’m still getting charged for this membership I do not use and they will not contact me. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Also you are skeptical when the doctor online does not speak very good english you start thinking it is a fake website. Also as I have never had marijuana before don;t know if anyone is going to explain what I get how to take it or how much. If they are going to they should tell you ahead of time what to expect.

Forget the card. . . Your website is too cramped and hard to read. It only refers me to three doctors, but not my own clinic barely a mile away nor any of the dispensaries I frequent. Oddly, when I increase the location distance from 5 to 100 miles, I get the same results! Makes me think this is a very bad website or you're just filtering patients to these three clinics. As a side note, I decided to blow-off renewing my MMJ card. It's a pain to do it. Somebody should make it easier and cheaper "The second time around." And if you look at the big picture. . . . sure, you get a small break on taxes over recreational, but how much pot do you have to buy to make up the difference after paying near $200 for a card?

St Pete location, doc a no show St Pete location. Had a 9:00 appointment. Showed up early had to wait as door was locked. Another employee shows up and has to knock on door to get employee off her phone and open door. Turns out that there is no doctor scheduled and they knew this the day before. Had to drive 45 minutes to another location for 9:45 appointment and was seen at 10:30. There are other options besides this company
