Sounds good but it isn't I signed up with Rent My Time in October 2022 and paid $798. This is money I could not afford to pay out in one transaction with all the bills I have. The thought of almost 8 times that amount is the only reason why I said yes to this. Just like other members I have been getting the runaround since I signed up! In the beginning it was due to my schedule. I work nights and sleep in the mornings. Any offers that came up were always sent during the morning hours while I'm asleep. When I wake up and follow the signature process, when time came to confirm the offers, they were no longer available. So I contacted them to create a plan in which I could receive offers at a better time. So when that was done, I received the offers and instantly replied but still the offers were gone because I was contacted too late. So I informed them that whatever offers are sent they need to be weeks in advance. Well I didn't get any offers since then along that criteria. Each time I called or email to cancel, offers are mysteriously in the works and I'm told to wait a couple days to receive them....they never come through. So for the past couple months I've been asking for a refund and just now I'm being told it's way too late for that. I had 10 days to request a refund. Who in their right mind would do that based on the promise they gave of getting $2000 per timeshare that's rented when they sucked me into this!!!! Please if you are reading this trying to decide whether or not to do this...DON'T!!! I'm currently, once again waiting for at least one offer to successfully go through. I will post here if I finally get it. I even asked them has anyone profited from this and was given an exuberant yes. I looked through this site and did see a couple....in 2022 the same year but prior to when I bought into this!!! Nothing during 2023 or 2024!!! I would love to speak to these so-called people who are giving this such a good rating and find out how it's been since 2022. So now I have no choice but to continue the waiting process with endless promises.

this is a scam this is a scam! i sign up and gave my money in Oct 2022 and its now July 2023 and nothing. read the cancellation clause..... they continuously tell me give us 2-4 weeks. its been 9 months nothing but lies and more lies. i am reporting them to the state attorney general of Florida

Signed up in January 2022, still no rental income Signed up in January Have only received one potential rented week, but the location requested was not available. I feel scammed out of my $2399. I have sent follow up Emails and I keep being promised they will have someone reach out to me "as soon as possible," and still waiting!

RMT is the best--Been using them for years! I have used RMT to advertise and promote my property for the past 3 years and am never disappointed. This year it took a couple of requests to get it done but the RMT team really did everything to keep me informed every step of the way and I received my return in a reasonable time frame. I am so happy to have found an agency that really does what they say and help owners like me be able have my timeshare not a financial burden! Recommend to anyone who is tired of paying maintenance/taxes out of their own pocket!!

I would never do this again I would never do this again. They only reached out to me once with offers that were not available. After six months I extended for another six months and nothing. So a whole year with offer only once. This is ridiculous. Honestly I will never do it again.
