DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! SCAM! A family member has been in contact with them and they never sent her anything! She tried to cancel and they wouldn’t allow it. Now that she has filed a dispute with her credit card company, they are fighting it. They have created fake messages between her and a gentleman named Nicolas. What they are doing to people is terrible! Please be warned!

Here is another email I just received… Here is another email I just received from them!! They keep repeating themselves! "We’re sorry to hear that you had a less than satisfactory experience with us. Could you please provide us with your Order ID or call to support team at 866-937-1305 so that we can look into the issue and take appropriate measures to resolve it immediately." I wish I could have left zero stars I wish I could have left zero stars. Worst company I have ever worked with. I feel like I got scammed. Bought my website package in September and it’s still not done. Business cards came in the mail and you can’t even read them. They do not proof anything, website has numerous miss spellings and is embarrassing. Business cards were approved on computer but when printed can’t read anything on it. But they feel this quality of work is acceptable. Social banners still not complete. Bought the lifetime host and security package, however they don’t tell you they need to upgrade it it and expect you to pay a minimum of $750 at a drop of hat or the website will freeze up and not be accessible. Then they make fun of you for not understanding refuse to call you back. Project was initially approved at $500, $2500 later it’s still not done. Please save your money and go elsewhere. Company is so unethical.

I recommend them! I was looking for an agency that will create an eCommerce website for my grocery business. I talked with several agencies, but chosen the First Design Crew. And I’m glad that I really chose them among others to do the website work for me. Be it design, functionalities, and their customer support people, they all were good. They were looping me at every stage of my project and I enjoyed working with them. I recommend them!

Horrible do not trust them Horrible do not trust them. I have such a long story with them, i bought a logo and website 6 months ago and until now they can not get my website to work. Promised money back and now they are saying they cant refund. So i am left with over 5k investment that does not work at all.
