Could you please provide us with your Order ID or call to support team at 866-937-1305 so that we can look into the issue and take appropriate measures to resolve it immediately." STAY AWAY STAY AWAY! THEY CHARGE OVER THE AGREED PRICE AND DO NOT DELIVER... At one point I asked about a follow up and the reply was: "What are you expecting?" I had received a Logo and paid for a website. Then they promised a refund and I am still waiting! Most disreputable!

Worst Company Worst Company! Never ever do business with them, they are scammers! They charge you without your consent, I paid for a Trademark to them but they provided me fake Trademark documents! Scam Scam Scam, Richard and Devin are the Scammers! They scam hard earned money of people! Fake documents! I will also report to police! They charge you for attestation, there is no such thing in trademark, Never do business with this company!

I wish I could have left zero stars I wish I could have left zero stars. Worst company I have ever worked with. I feel like I got scammed. Bought my website package in September and it’s still not done. Business cards came in the mail and you can’t even read them. They do not proof anything, website has numerous miss spellings and is embarrassing. Business cards were approved on computer but when printed can’t read anything on it. But they feel this quality of work is acceptable. Social banners still not complete. Bought the lifetime host and security package, however they don’t tell you they need to upgrade it it and expect you to pay a minimum of $750 at a drop of hat or the website will freeze up and not be accessible. Then they make fun of you for not understanding refuse to call you back. Project was initially approved at $500, $2500 later it’s still not done. Please save your money and go elsewhere. Company is so unethical.

I recommend them! I was looking for an agency that will create an eCommerce website for my grocery business. I talked with several agencies, but chosen the First Design Crew. And I’m glad that I really chose them among others to do the website work for me. Be it design, functionalities, and their customer support people, they all were good. They were looping me at every stage of my project and I enjoyed working with them. I recommend them!
