Honestly having a miserable experience… Honestly having a miserable experience with them. They found my logo on google search... They're just started my website portion and just careless and lazy. Put a giant picture of me that is pixilated to the point you can not see my face and they asked me if they can live?! I continued to ask for a refund and I was tossed around to different people saying they're the highest manager, then one said "give us a second shot and we will give you a refund" then the next guy said no i will not give you a refund and was very rude. Would not recommend for logo or website. And "management" is very poor

Worst Company Worst Company! Never ever do business with them, they are scammers! They charge you without your consent, I paid for a Trademark to them but they provided me fake Trademark documents! Scam Scam Scam, Richard and Devin are the Scammers! They scam hard earned money of people! Fake documents! I will also report to police! They charge you for attestation, there is no such thing in trademark, Never do business with this company!

Promised money back and now they are saying they cant refund. So i am left with over 5k investment that does not work at all. How to make an enemy 101 I've been with this company for 2 plus years. I've paid over 38k at this point to the company. At this point I'm beside myself. The first person that was my company's case person, lied alot and was removed from working with me. Then I get a second who actually tried to work with me and they want to remove him. I worked with many people in the company and Robert is the first person to have customer service skills of any kind. They are going to fire him to try and squeeze me for more than what was agreed on, til I get the check I was promised. The check is from a court case that ended in June/July, I was told I would be getting it originally in August, it is May now. I cursed them out on the phone because who uses someone like that. Telling me pay or someone looses there job, it's brutal any way you look at it. Then they tell me I'm abusing them...

So this is a follow up to our last… So this is a follow up to our last review. So far we are out over $17,000 and have received nothing. Oscar, the supposed owner, is calling harassing us asking for another $2000 to get our wordpress login. We have been trying to get it for over a year. We have been trying to get our credentials for a year and they refuse to deliver, even after paying thousands and many promises. They are a complete scam! stay away! We refused to pay them anymore and they took our website down. Luckily we were already building a new site during all this with a reputable hosting company and it is up and running. We will lose a lot of SEO but are working on that also. They also stole our domain name and then sold it back to us for $2000 or, if you don't pay, we will sell it at auction. They need to be stopped!
