DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! SCAM! A family member has been in contact with them and they never sent her anything! She tried to cancel and they wouldn’t allow it. Now that she has filed a dispute with her credit card company, they are fighting it. They have created fake messages between her and a gentleman named Nicolas. What they are doing to people is terrible! Please be warned!

Well, as far as I remember my experience dealing with them, I found them very professional, and they sounded professional throughout the process. I have dealt with other web designing companies, but dealing with Frist Design Crew was easy and smooth. So, do not hesitate to hand over your projects!

Oscar, the supposed owner, is calling harassing us asking for another $2000 to get our wordpress login. We have been trying to get it for over a year. We have been trying to get our credentials for a year and they refuse to deliver, even after paying thousands and many promises. They are a complete scam! stay away! We refused to pay them anymore and they took our website down. Luckily we were already building a new site during all this with a reputable hosting company and it is up and running. We will lose a lot of SEO but are working on that also. They also stole our domain name and then sold it back to us for $2000 or, if you don't pay, we will sell it at auction. They need to be stopped!

First Design Crew is a scam related to… First Design Crew is a scam related to the Designing Avenue scam. Same people. Had them design a logo for me, they did make a logo after several months. Here's the catch, they tried to sell me copyright services for $600 (which is free). When I called them out on their dishonest tactics, they copyrighted my logo and tried to give me a cease and desist over text. They'll do anything for a buck. I just had a local design firm make a few minor things to my logo and got it copyrighted in my name this time. But they keep calling, trying to run their extortion scheme. First Ashton, then Asher in the same string of texts. And I agree with the previous 1 star review -- the positive reviews for this firm are bogus. Take a look at the 5 star reviewers' names. This company gives other graphic designers a bad name.

Here is another email I just received… Here is another email I just received from them!! They keep repeating themselves! "We’re sorry to hear that you had a less than satisfactory experience with us. Could you please provide us with your Order ID or call to support team at 866-937-1305 so that we can look into the issue and take appropriate measures to resolve it immediately."
