I had to dispute the charges with my bank. Then he keeps texting me harassing me that if I use the logo I will get sue if I don't pay.

Worst Company Worst Company! Never ever do business with them, they are scammers! They charge you without your consent, I paid for a Trademark to them but they provided me fake Trademark documents! Scam Scam Scam, Richard and Devin are the Scammers! They scam hard earned money of people! Fake documents! I will also report to police! Bought my website package in September and it’s still not done. Business cards came in the mail and you can’t even read them. They do not proof anything, website has numerous miss spellings and is embarrassing. Business cards were approved on computer but when printed can’t read anything on it. But they feel this quality of work is acceptable. Social banners still not complete. Bought the lifetime host and security package, however they don’t tell you they need to upgrade it it and expect you to pay a minimum of $750 at a drop of hat or the website will freeze up and not be accessible. Then they make fun of you for not understanding refuse to call you back. Project was initially approved at $500, $2500 later it’s still not done. Please save your money and go elsewhere. Company is so unethical.

Well, as far as I remember my experience dealing with them, I found them very professional, and they sounded professional throughout the process. I have dealt with other web designing companies, but dealing with Frist Design Crew was easy and smooth. So, do not hesitate to hand over your projects!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! SCAM! A family member has been in contact with them and they never sent her anything! She tried to cancel and they wouldn’t allow it. Now that she has filed a dispute with her credit card company, they are fighting it. They have created fake messages between her and a gentleman named Nicolas. What they are doing to people is terrible! Please be warned!
