I’d say I’d say, a reliable logo designing company! My experience dealing with First Design Crew has been hassle-free. I was looking for a logo for my newly started online business; in this case, I had basic concept in my mind, which I shared with them. Alex from First Design Crew helped me throughout the process, and I’m satisfied with the logo I got.

I had to dispute the charges with my bank. Then he keeps texting me harassing me that if I use the logo I will get sue if I don't pay.

How to make an enemy 101 I've been with this company for 2 plus years. I've paid over 38k at this point to the company. At this point I'm beside myself. The first person that was my company's case person, lied alot and was removed from working with me. Then I get a second who actually tried to work with me and they want to remove him. I worked with many people in the company and Robert is the first person to have customer service skills of any kind. They are going to fire him to try and squeeze me for more than what was agreed on, til I get the check I was promised. The check is from a court case that ended in June/July, I was told I would be getting it originally in August, it is May now. I cursed them out on the phone because who uses someone like that. Telling me pay or someone looses there job, it's brutal any way you look at it. Then they tell me I'm abusing them...

Bought my website package in September and it’s still not done. Business cards came in the mail and you can’t even read them. They do not proof anything, website has numerous miss spellings and is embarrassing. Business cards were approved on computer but when printed can’t read anything on it. But they feel this quality of work is acceptable. Social banners still not complete. Bought the lifetime host and security package, however they don’t tell you they need to upgrade it it and expect you to pay a minimum of $750 at a drop of hat or the website will freeze up and not be accessible. Then they make fun of you for not understanding refuse to call you back. Project was initially approved at $500, $2500 later it’s still not done. Please save your money and go elsewhere. Company is so unethical.

Could you please provide us with your Order ID or call to support team at 866-937-1305 so that we can look into the issue and take appropriate measures to resolve it immediately."
