It’s has taking a very long time to get my website alive but now the backend of the website I’m able to use cadential’s they gave be to navigate the backend of my website and website haven’t been up not even 2 months and my email that I purchased from don’t even work they trying to get me to pay an additional amount of money kind you I have already paid over 2,000 dollars for this website that still have mistakes and needs correction. They talk to you rude and belittle you always seeking extra money for things that you have already paid and they want you to pay again. This company is also Americanlogodesigners this company have lots of name so please be aware.

Could you please provide us with your Order ID or call to support team at 866-937-1305 so that we can look into the issue and take appropriate measures to resolve it immediately." Honestly having a miserable experience… Honestly having a miserable experience with them. They found my logo on google search... They're just started my website portion and just careless and lazy. Put a giant picture of me that is pixilated to the point you can not see my face and they asked me if they can live?! I continued to ask for a refund and I was tossed around to different people saying they're the highest manager, then one said "give us a second shot and we will give you a refund" then the next guy said no i will not give you a refund and was very rude. Would not recommend for logo or website. And "management" is very poor

I recommend them! I was looking for an agency that will create an eCommerce website for my grocery business. I talked with several agencies, but chosen the First Design Crew. And I’m glad that I really chose them among others to do the website work for me. Be it design, functionalities, and their customer support people, they all were good. They were looping me at every stage of my project and I enjoyed working with them. I recommend them!

The service is horrible they charge me… The service is horrible they charge me they charge my account $399 for legal rights for the logo and they were still trying to add additional charges. I had to dispute the charges with my bank. Then he keeps texting me harassing me that if I use the logo I will get sue if I don't pay.
