It’s has taking a very long time to get my website alive but now the backend of the website I’m able to use cadential’s they gave be to navigate the backend of my website and website haven’t been up not even 2 months and my email that I purchased from don’t even work they trying to get me to pay an additional amount of money kind you I have already paid over 2,000 dollars for this website that still have mistakes and needs correction. They talk to you rude and belittle you always seeking extra money for things that you have already paid and they want you to pay again. This company is also Americanlogodesigners this company have lots of name so please be aware.

I recommend them! I was looking for an agency that will create an eCommerce website for my grocery business. I talked with several agencies, but chosen the First Design Crew. And I’m glad that I really chose them among others to do the website work for me. Be it design, functionalities, and their customer support people, they all were good. They were looping me at every stage of my project and I enjoyed working with them. I recommend them!

Run away Run away. This company is disorganized, takes an excessive amount of time and never delivers the final product, instead tries to extort you to pay an additional $200 per logo for copyright. I have been asking for my final project for over a month. Received 1 out of 14 projects. I can't say enough horrible things about this company.

First Design Crew is a scam related to… First Design Crew is a scam related to the Designing Avenue scam. Same people. Had them design a logo for me, they did make a logo after several months. Here's the catch, they tried to sell me copyright services for $600 (which is free). When I called them out on their dishonest tactics, they copyrighted my logo and tried to give me a cease and desist over text. They'll do anything for a buck. I just had a local design firm make a few minor things to my logo and got it copyrighted in my name this time. But they keep calling, trying to run their extortion scheme. First Ashton, then Asher in the same string of texts. And I agree with the previous 1 star review -- the positive reviews for this firm are bogus. Take a look at the 5 star reviewers' names. This company gives other graphic designers a bad name.

I wish I could have left zero stars I wish I could have left zero stars. Worst company I have ever worked with. I feel like I got scammed. Bought my website package in September and it’s still not done. Business cards came in the mail and you can’t even read them. They do not proof anything, website has numerous miss spellings and is embarrassing. Business cards were approved on computer but when printed can’t read anything on it. But they feel this quality of work is acceptable. Social banners still not complete. Bought the lifetime host and security package, however they don’t tell you they need to upgrade it it and expect you to pay a minimum of $750 at a drop of hat or the website will freeze up and not be accessible. Then they make fun of you for not understanding refuse to call you back. Project was initially approved at $500, $2500 later it’s still not done. Please save your money and go elsewhere. Company is so unethical.
