Awful, scam. Awful. Danny Fisher was the one to initially tAke my call. When speaking with him he told. Me it was 100% money back guarantee. When I found out the next day I would not be doing the company I no longer needed their service. Asked for a refund before work started. Then was emailed some designs from some other company (designing avenue) Devin Stall. As I had no idea who this company was inquired and got no clear answer that made any sense. Following Up will Danny on reimbursement he transfers me to a Mike who said I would not be getting a refund... this company is a scam!!! Do not believe them!! Stay far away from these liars! **** update**** look at their response. No name or contact. Then give the BS line of can’t find you in the database. Lol.

I wish I could have left zero stars I wish I could have left zero stars. Worst company I have ever worked with. I feel like I got scammed. Bought my website package in September and it’s still not done. Business cards came in the mail and you can’t even read them. They do not proof anything, website has numerous miss spellings and is embarrassing. Business cards were approved on computer but when printed can’t read anything on it. But they feel this quality of work is acceptable. Social banners still not complete. Bought the lifetime host and security package, however they don’t tell you they need to upgrade it it and expect you to pay a minimum of $750 at a drop of hat or the website will freeze up and not be accessible. Then they make fun of you for not understanding refuse to call you back. Project was initially approved at $500, $2500 later it’s still not done. Please save your money and go elsewhere. Company is so unethical.

I’d say I’d say, a reliable logo designing company! My experience dealing with First Design Crew has been hassle-free. I was looking for a logo for my newly started online business; in this case, I had basic concept in my mind, which I shared with them. Alex from First Design Crew helped me throughout the process, and I’m satisfied with the logo I got.

Honestly having a miserable experience… Honestly having a miserable experience with them. They found my logo on google search... They're just started my website portion and just careless and lazy. Put a giant picture of me that is pixilated to the point you can not see my face and they asked me if they can live?! I continued to ask for a refund and I was tossed around to different people saying they're the highest manager, then one said "give us a second shot and we will give you a refund" then the next guy said no i will not give you a refund and was very rude. Would not recommend for logo or website. And "management" is very poor

Job well done! I can't complain about their services. First Design Crew processed my copyrights and they were the ones who created my eCommerce website. They are very knowledgeable in their field. Their services are very satisfying. I would recommend them to people that need excellent and brilliant programmers. Kudos to David and Henry.
