I’d say I’d say, a reliable logo designing company! My experience dealing with First Design Crew has been hassle-free. I was looking for a logo for my newly started online business; in this case, I had basic concept in my mind, which I shared with them. Alex from First Design Crew helped me throughout the process, and I’m satisfied with the logo I got.

Could you please provide us with your Order ID or call to support team at 866-937-1305 so that we can look into the issue and take appropriate measures to resolve it immediately." DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! SCAM! A family member has been in contact with them and they never sent her anything! She tried to cancel and they wouldn’t allow it. Now that she has filed a dispute with her credit card company, they are fighting it. They have created fake messages between her and a gentleman named Nicolas. What they are doing to people is terrible! Please be warned!

Job well done! I can't complain about their services. First Design Crew processed my copyrights and they were the ones who created my eCommerce website. They are very knowledgeable in their field. Their services are very satisfying. I would recommend them to people that need excellent and brilliant programmers. Kudos to David and Henry.

How to make an enemy 101 I've been with this company for 2 plus years. I've paid over 38k at this point to the company. At this point I'm beside myself. The first person that was my company's case person, lied alot and was removed from working with me. Then I get a second who actually tried to work with me and they want to remove him. I worked with many people in the company and Robert is the first person to have customer service skills of any kind. They are going to fire him to try and squeeze me for more than what was agreed on, til I get the check I was promised. The check is from a court case that ended in June/July, I was told I would be getting it originally in August, it is May now. I cursed them out on the phone because who uses someone like that. Telling me pay or someone looses there job, it's brutal any way you look at it. Then they tell me I'm abusing them...
