I was looking for a logo for my newly started online business; in this case, I had basic concept in my mind, which I shared with them. How to make an enemy 101 I've been with this company for 2 plus years. I've paid over 38k at this point to the company. At this point I'm beside myself. The first person that was my company's case person, lied alot and was removed from working with me. Then I get a second who actually tried to work with me and they want to remove him. I worked with many people in the company and Robert is the first person to have customer service skills of any kind. They are going to fire him to try and squeeze me for more than what was agreed on, til I get the check I was promised. The check is from a court case that ended in June/July, I was told I would be getting it originally in August, it is May now. I cursed them out on the phone because who uses someone like that. Telling me pay or someone looses there job, it's brutal any way you look at it. Then they tell me I'm abusing them...

I had to dispute the charges with my bank. Then he keeps texting me harassing me that if I use the logo I will get sue if I don't pay.

I recommend them! I was looking for an agency that will create an eCommerce website for my grocery business. I talked with several agencies, but chosen the First Design Crew. And I’m glad that I really chose them among others to do the website work for me. Be it design, functionalities, and their customer support people, they all were good. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! SCAM! A family member has been in contact with them and they never sent her anything! She tried to cancel and they wouldn’t allow it. Now that she has filed a dispute with her credit card company, they are fighting it. They have created fake messages between her and a gentleman named Nicolas. What they are doing to people is terrible! Please be warned!
