Oscar, the supposed owner, is calling harassing us asking for another $2000 to get our wordpress login. We have been trying to get it for over a year. We have been trying to get our credentials for a year and they refuse to deliver, even after paying thousands and many promises. They are a complete scam! stay away! We refused to pay them anymore and they took our website down. Luckily we were already building a new site during all this with a reputable hosting company and it is up and running. We will lose a lot of SEO but are working on that also. They also stole our domain name and then sold it back to us for $2000 or, if you don't pay, we will sell it at auction. They need to be stopped!

STAY AWAY STAY AWAY! THEY CHARGE OVER THE AGREED PRICE AND DO NOT DELIVER... At one point I asked about a follow up and the reply was: "What are you expecting?" I had received a Logo and paid for a website. Then they promised a refund and I am still waiting! Most disreputable!

I’d say I’d say, a reliable logo designing company! My experience dealing with First Design Crew has been hassle-free. Here is another email I just received… Here is another email I just received from them!! They keep repeating themselves! "We’re sorry to hear that you had a less than satisfactory experience with us. Could you please provide us with your Order ID or call to support team at 866-937-1305 so that we can look into the issue and take appropriate measures to resolve it immediately."
