I had to dispute the charges with my bank. Then he keeps texting me harassing me that if I use the logo I will get sue if I don't pay.

Put a giant picture of me that is pixilated to the point you can not see my face and they asked me if they can live?! I continued to ask for a refund and I was tossed around to different people saying they're the highest manager, then one said "give us a second shot and we will give you a refund" then the next guy said no i will not give you a refund and was very rude. Would not recommend for logo or website. And "management" is very poor

How to make an enemy 101 I've been with this company for 2 plus years. I've paid over 38k at this point to the company. At this point I'm beside myself. The first person that was my company's case person, lied alot and was removed from working with me. Then I get a second who actually tried to work with me and they want to remove him. I worked with many people in the company and Robert is the first person to have customer service skills of any kind. They are going to fire him to try and squeeze me for more than what was agreed on, til I get the check I was promised. The check is from a court case that ended in June/July, I was told I would be getting it originally in August, it is May now. I cursed them out on the phone because who uses someone like that. Telling me pay or someone looses there job, it's brutal any way you look at it. Then they tell me I'm abusing them...

Run away Run away. This company is disorganized, takes an excessive amount of time and never delivers the final product, instead tries to extort you to pay an additional $200 per logo for copyright. I have been asking for my final project for over a month. Received 1 out of 14 projects. I can't say enough horrible things about this company.
