Honestly having a miserable experience… Honestly having a miserable experience with them. They found my logo on google search... They're just started my website portion and just careless and lazy. Put a giant picture of me that is pixilated to the point you can not see my face and they asked me if they can live?! I continued to ask for a refund and I was tossed around to different people saying they're the highest manager, then one said "give us a second shot and we will give you a refund" then the next guy said no i will not give you a refund and was very rude. Would not recommend for logo or website. And "management" is very poor

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! SCAM! A family member has been in contact with them and they never sent her anything! She tried to cancel and they wouldn’t allow it. Now that she has filed a dispute with her credit card company, they are fighting it. They have created fake messages between her and a gentleman named Nicolas. What they are doing to people is terrible! Please be warned!

Run away Run away. This company is disorganized, takes an excessive amount of time and never delivers the final product, instead tries to extort you to pay an additional $200 per logo for copyright. I have been asking for my final project for over a month. Received 1 out of 14 projects. I can't say enough horrible things about this company.

Worst Company Worst Company! Never ever do business with them, they are scammers! They charge you without your consent, I paid for a Trademark to them but they provided me fake Trademark documents! Scam Scam Scam, Richard and Devin are the Scammers! They scam hard earned money of people! Fake documents! I will also report to police! It’s has taking a very long time to get my website alive but now the backend of the website I’m able to use cadential’s they gave be to navigate the backend of my website and website haven’t been up not even 2 months and my email that I purchased from don’t even work they trying to get me to pay an additional amount of money kind you I have already paid over 2,000 dollars for this website that still have mistakes and needs correction. They talk to you rude and belittle you always seeking extra money for things that you have already paid and they want you to pay again. This company is also Americanlogodesigners this company have lots of name so please be aware.
