I wish I could have left zero stars I wish I could have left zero stars. Worst company I have ever worked with. I feel like I got scammed. Bought my website package in September and it’s still not done. Business cards came in the mail and you can’t even read them. They do not proof anything, website has numerous miss spellings and is embarrassing. Business cards were approved on computer but when printed can’t read anything on it. But they feel this quality of work is acceptable. Social banners still not complete. Bought the lifetime host and security package, however they don’t tell you they need to upgrade it it and expect you to pay a minimum of $750 at a drop of hat or the website will freeze up and not be accessible. Then they make fun of you for not understanding refuse to call you back. Project was initially approved at $500, $2500 later it’s still not done. Please save your money and go elsewhere. Company is so unethical.

Promised money back and now they are saying they cant refund. So i am left with over 5k investment that does not work at all. First Design Crew is a scam related to… First Design Crew is a scam related to the Designing Avenue scam. Same people. Had them design a logo for me, they did make a logo after several months. Here's the catch, they tried to sell me copyright services for $600 (which is free). When I called them out on their dishonest tactics, they copyrighted my logo and tried to give me a cease and desist over text. They'll do anything for a buck. I just had a local design firm make a few minor things to my logo and got it copyrighted in my name this time. But they keep calling, trying to run their extortion scheme. First Ashton, then Asher in the same string of texts. And I agree with the previous 1 star review -- the positive reviews for this firm are bogus. Take a look at the 5 star reviewers' names. This company gives other graphic designers a bad name.

I had to dispute the charges with my bank. Then he keeps texting me harassing me that if I use the logo I will get sue if I don't pay.

How to make an enemy 101 I've been with this company for 2 plus years. I've paid over 38k at this point to the company. At this point I'm beside myself. The first person that was my company's case person, lied alot and was removed from working with me. Then I get a second who actually tried to work with me and they want to remove him. I worked with many people in the company and Robert is the first person to have customer service skills of any kind. They are going to fire him to try and squeeze me for more than what was agreed on, til I get the check I was promised. The check is from a court case that ended in June/July, I was told I would be getting it originally in August, it is May now. I cursed them out on the phone because who uses someone like that. Telling me pay or someone looses there job, it's brutal any way you look at it. Then they tell me I'm abusing them...
