They will charge you when an… They will charge you when an appointment cancels and will not refund your money. I waited for a month and a half to get 1 appointment credit which was another canceled appointment. I was signed up with them for 2 months and received 2 appointments. Be very careful if you sign up with this company.

Contractor appointments is wonderful! Contractor appointments is wonderful! Very convenient and easy to use. They do all of the scheduling so all you do is add the appointment to your calendar, love it! Any issues I've had, I just call and speak with Shawn and he immediately takes care of it. Very pleased with their services. Would definitely recommend.

Over all I am happy with the service… Over all I am happy with the service and will continue to use it . My issues concerning the service are the following : Some of the leads are scheduled for the next day and it is very difficult at times to work that out because of our schedules. When this occurs and we can't reach the customer to reschedule we sometimes lose that lead . Secondly , Not being proficient with the dashboard system you use, I never know if I'm being credited when I believe It is appropriate . I email Sean and rarely get a response .

I unfortunately started this at the worst time when everyone is at home and bored. Most appointments have been people just curious but not ready to purchase. Not Contractors Appointments fault.

Once Good, now a Failure I have been using Contractor Appointments for years with minimal issues. Now, as both their lead quantity and their lead quality have dropped off dramatically and their business is failing, they stopped treating me like a client and more like their servant. They had the nerve to send me a disrespectful email demanding a new report that they've never requested or mentioned before. This as for months they've failed to deliver even a few real leads. To add to the insult, when I requested that they explain what this is all about and why they've failed to communicate this request previously, they launched an attack on me accusing me of being mean and closed our account. These people deserve the failure that they're experiencing. They'll all be unemployed in 24 months I'm sure.
