They will take your money and never call you back. We did not receive any good leads and even after we canceled the service, they continued to charge our card for over $1,000 and refused to return any phone calls or emails to us.

I waited for a month and a half to get 1 appointment credit which was another canceled appointment. I was signed up with them for 2 months and received 2 appointments. Be very careful if you sign up with this company.

Contractor Appointments is hands down… Contractor Appointments is hands down our best lead generation service we use. The fact that they set and confirm the appointments saves us a ton of money on overhead. The appointments sit at 94% and 44% of them has turned into sales. Not to mention lead cost to presentation is 68% cheaper than online lead providers. If I could give them more then 5 stars I would. Over all I am happy with the service… Over all I am happy with the service and will continue to use it . My issues concerning the service are the following : Some of the leads are scheduled for the next day and it is very difficult at times to work that out because of our schedules. When this occurs and we can't reach the customer to reschedule we sometimes lose that lead . Secondly , Not being proficient with the dashboard system you use, I never know if I'm being credited when I believe It is appropriate . I email Sean and rarely get a response .
