Once Good, now a Failure I have been using Contractor Appointments for years with minimal issues. Now, as both their lead quantity and their lead quality have dropped off dramatically and their business is failing, they stopped treating me like a client and more like their servant. They had the nerve to send me a disrespectful email demanding a new report that they've never requested or mentioned before. This as for months they've failed to deliver even a few real leads. To add to the insult, when I requested that they explain what this is all about and why they've failed to communicate this request previously, they launched an attack on me accusing me of being mean and closed our account. These people deserve the failure that they're experiencing. They'll all be unemployed in 24 months I'm sure.

Contractor Appointments is hands down… Contractor Appointments is hands down our best lead generation service we use. The fact that they set and confirm the appointments saves us a ton of money on overhead. The appointments sit at 94% and 44% of them has turned into sales. Not to mention lead cost to presentation is 68% cheaper than online lead providers. If I could give them more then 5 stars I would. They offered their service 6 times in… They offered their service 6 times in 14 days and I declined each time to find out from American Express that they put a $ 125.00 charge each time before their offer came to me to the tune of $ 750.00. DO NOT under any circumstance give this company your credit card information.

I am completely satisfied with the way… I am completely satisfied with the way this company operates. Credits are reviewed and processed quickly with no hassle. I unfortunately started this at the worst time when everyone is at home and bored. Most appointments have been people just curious but not ready to purchase. Not Contractors Appointments fault.

I usually never leave a review but… I usually never leave a review but these guys are a total SCAM! Do not waist your money on this so called company. I wasted over $1,000.00 with them. From the 10 leads they sent me only 1 lead was a good lead. All the appointments they set me up with were low income people that did not have the money to pay for the roof. They thought i was with FEMA and i was going to install their Roof for free. One guy didnt even have a car and asked me if i could drive him to the corner store to buy some beer. Sean never answers the phone, he usually calls you back the next day. Horrible service. Run Away!
