GBOnce Good, now a Failure I have been using Contractor Appointments for years with minimal issues. Now, as both their lead quantity and their lead quality have dropped off dramatically and their business is failing, they stopped treating me like a client and more like their servant. They had the nerve to send me a disrespectful email demanding a new report that they've never requested or mentioned before. This as for months they've failed to deliver even a few real leads. To add to the insult, when I requested that they explain what this is all about and why they've failed to communicate this request previously, they launched an attack on me accusing me of being mean and closed our account. These people deserve the failure that they're experiencing. They'll all be unemployed in 24 months I'm sure.

GBThey offered their service 6 times in… They offered their service 6 times in 14 days and I declined each time to find out from American Express that they put a $ 125.00 charge each time before their offer came to me to the tune of $ 750.00. DO NOT under any circumstance give this company your credit card information.

GBStay away! Company makes a bunch of promises. No leads for months, then 1 day flooded with leads in areas that we dont work in. We have a very specific geography and these leads are not even close. Basically we cant deliver so we will steal as much money as possible before you cut us off!

GBThis company is a total sham This company is a total sham. They advertise pre-set appointments for contractors, primarily in the roofing industry. After obtaining your credit card information, they begin charging your $125.00 an appointment. Homeowner's are offended, have never heard of your company and did not agree to an inspection. After several failed attempts to make contact with Sean Conners CEO/FOUNDER via email, phone calls and texts. we were forced to cancel our credit card as they continued to charge it. We requested credit returns to our credit card and have not received a reply and it is not due to a communication error. He's hearing us loud and clear and avoiding,ignoring and continuing to charge the card. This company is a total sham and I will be contacting the secretary of state and any department that issues licenses in the State of Minnesota. I will continue filing reviews on as many sites as possible to help other small business owners to avoid this racket
