Branded logo designs offered a VERY… Branded logo designs offered a VERY POOR customer service and DISHONESTLY charged my credit card for items they did not deliver. They took over two years to finish my website and after multiple attempts to have them give me my log in information so that I can have my website managed by another company, they refuse to do so. They are holding my website hostage after all that I paid and all the time I spent trying to have a website I paid for, operate properly. AWFUL experience. Watch out for their dishonest business practices.

Genuine Work In this hectic time of introducing our new business venture, Branded logo designs listened to everything we said about who we are and design an appealing logo that represents us wonderfully. We could not have expected what “the ideal logo for us” would be, however as soon as I saw it I knew that they had captured it. Great experience. Nice website and easy process I wasn’t very happy with our current web design/hosting company and I came across branded logo when looking for alternatives. The site I needed was built as discussed and they did a great job. Now we are just reviewing a few minor finishing touches and they have been very responsive! Would not recommend this company Would not recommend this company. I wanted a cheap logo for my YouTube channel, and their sale (making the basic 40$) made them a good choice. Upon receiving my designs, I was told there would be an additional 190$ fee to make it copyrighted. Once I said I will not pay this, the guy I was working with hung up the phone. No response from the manager I was working with, and the live chat changed tone when I told him the issue. They took the money and ran. Fraud of a company. Worst customer service. Take your business elsewhere

Set up a new business and used branded… Set up a new business and used branded logos as they seemed very professional, logo design and website set up was fairy quick and finished to a good standard with no complaints. That is when the problems started… Contacted after initial payment with changes to our original contract and charged again for the domain and we hosting to continue after 1 year. Paid £400 for 5 years hosting only to have the website and emails etc etc to suddenly disappear. Now left with no domain and no website and ultimately an unprofessional looking business damaging my brand. I guess there is some irony there called branded logos, we ruin your brand. Be warned! Hard to get hold of and no customer service skills, #m?????mirrors.co.uk
