ROUGE TRADERS Paid for a website, hosting and domain for 5 years. Never gave the credentials to anything then the domain expired and went back on the public market! (After 1 year) Hosting suspended and no access to anything. Called, emailed and messaged and no reply. Will now start legal action to reclaim the money spent and also damages. DO NOT GIVE THESE CON MEN YOUR MONEY! They also changed names and have other websites called Brandedwebstudios.com

Scam Alert What I know: 1) Call center in Pakistan. False pretense of operating in the U.S. 2) Play the same scam under many names (BrandedLogo, Logobench, VideoJeeves, Logo Sanctuary, etc) 3) They are being investigated by Federal law enforcement, although no arrests have been made to my knowledge 4) Farhaad Sheikh of Pleasanton, CA is one of the owners/founders. I hope this helps. I wish I had this information before I was ripped off. I just hope the police catch up with them before too many other people get burned. I may or may not take legal action either in CA small claims courts or file criminal charges

Logo design - MORE AND MORE MONEY Paid for logo design (which included "100% Ownership" per their website) and I bought the most premium package. All went well - the logo design was fun... but then the phone calls. First that I owed them another $220 for the copyright. Reluctantly (and stupidly) I paid, but no copyright - just another phone call saying that the $220 was for legal paperwork and now they needed $398 for the copyright. This was a horrible experience. I still can't use my design, and they are basically holding my logo hostage until I give them more money. Ridiculous and HORRIBLE false advertisement regarding pricing.

Professional scammers I purchased a logo that turned out beautiful. Then I was badgered for more and more money, they told me it was for copyright and federal patents which were never received by the patent office. They won’t stop pestering me and I’m out almost a thousand dollars. Professional scam artists .

Website was never done and they DO NOT honor the 30 day money back guarantee. They have charged my card without authorization for some filing fee, which was supposedly included in the initial cost. This company is very fraudulent and should not be allowed to stay in business
