They are horrible They are horrible! Stay away from them. They will do mediocre work then keep charging you for add-ons. They will hold your website, logo, and domain hostage until you pay them more money. They never give you anything in writing so you don't know what you are paying for. They use to be Branded Logo Design google them and look at the terrible reviews. They just keep changing their name to get new business. STAY AWAY! DesignTeam not only has been taking forever on completing my logo, but has had unprofessional and terrible communication along the way. I was told over a month ago someone would reach out to me to finalize. No one ever set up a date or a time, so the one call I received was at an extremely inconvenient time. They left no messages. When I finally got back to them, the service person on the phone blamed ME for my file taking so long. THEN the person proceeded to try and up-sell me to investing in their web design. I said no, literally four times, before THEY hung up on me. I still do not have my logo file that I've already paid for. I am going to be disputing this with my credit company and with BBB. Terrible. STAY AWAY!

This company is all fraud and criminal This company with Kevin and David, are bunch of liars, criminals and Thieves. They are fraud and continue scamming people and stealing money from people, but the FTC and one tenacious person is right behind them. This company is a fraud! Do not do business with them! This company is fraudulent and scamming people. I have contacted the Attorney Generals office of California because they list their address as a Sunnydale California address. They have tried to impersonate an employee of the United States Copyright office and they stole money from our business account. I hope they are reading this because I want them to know that I'm coming after them. ☺️ They scammed the wrong person. 😂

Stay away!!! To bad theres not an option to choose zero stars. My employer just recently gave me shirts and hoodies that I could have done a better job myself if I went to A/C Moore Haha. You would think waiting a couple months,the product would be awsome. But I guess it was my employer's fault for not reading all theshitty before this one. STAY AWAY!!!
