They have a brilliant team and the best process of taking done the requirements and delivering exceptional logo designs. They are horrible They are horrible! Stay away from them. They will do mediocre work then keep charging you for add-ons. They will hold your website, logo, and domain hostage until you pay them more money. They never give you anything in writing so you don't know what you are paying for. They use to be Branded Logo Design google them and look at the terrible reviews. They just keep changing their name to get new business. Also check the BBB under Branded Logo Design the have an F Rating!! Good Luck and thank me later!!

Stay away!!! To bad theres not an option to choose zero stars. My employer just recently gave me shirts and hoodies that I could have done a better job myself if I went to A/C Moore Haha. You would think waiting a couple months,the product would be awsome. But I guess it was my employer's fault for not reading all theshitty before this one. STAY AWAY!!!

STAY AWAY! DesignTeam not only has been taking forever on completing my logo, but has had unprofessional and terrible communication along the way. I was told over a month ago someone would reach out to me to finalize. No one ever set up a date or a time, so the one call I received was at an extremely inconvenient time. They left no messages. When I finally got back to them, the service person on the phone blamed ME for my file taking so long. THEN the person proceeded to try and up-sell me to investing in their web design. I said no, literally four times, before THEY hung up on me. I still do not have my logo file that I've already paid for. I am going to be disputing this with my credit company and with BBB. Terrible. STAY AWAY!

They have worked on my website for well… They have worked on my website for well over a year and it is still not properly done, they have changed team on me at lest 3 times. They promised so many things and "don't worry" is their motto.. I am a small business trying to get a professional site so I can actually run my business, they told me 3 mos.... It is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. They don't call or email back, just have a new person to take over your project so you have to go over everything again... I can't afford to make a new website and they are not fixing the issues. Shameful business. I am definitely reporting them to better business bureau. Please don't give them your hard earned money.
