This company is all fraud and criminal This company with Kevin and David, are bunch of liars, criminals and Thieves. They are fraud and continue scamming people and stealing money from people, but the FTC and one tenacious person is right behind them. DO NOT USE!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!! I was told of a ONE TIME FEE of $275, I filled out the paperwork needed and I got a message saying that my logo design had been copyrighted - Congratulations. Fast forward 7 months and I get a call then a text message saying I need to pay $1,000 for copyright attestation THAT NOBODY IN THE BEGINNING OF THIS PROCESS NOTIFIED ME OF, there have been threats of legal action in the cost of $6,000 and business name termination. Good thing I have a paper trail....

STAY AWAY! DesignTeam not only has been taking forever on completing my logo, but has had unprofessional and terrible communication along the way. I was told over a month ago someone would reach out to me to finalize. No one ever set up a date or a time, so the one call I received was at an extremely inconvenient time. They left no messages. When I finally got back to them, the service person on the phone blamed ME for my file taking so long. THEN the person proceeded to try and up-sell me to investing in their web design. I said no, literally four times, before THEY hung up on me. I still do not have my logo file that I've already paid for. I am going to be disputing this with my credit company and with BBB. Terrible. STAY AWAY!

Horrible service Horrible service! Paid for a logo package that stated that I would have full ownership but was never given a statement that says I own the label. When I asked for it, was given the run around for 2 months —I still haven’t received it!
