STAY AWAY!!!! Disgraceful! Unscrupulous! Purveyors of BS. They took my money! Promised a refund then told me to take it up with my bank! I have filed a complaint with the California Attorney General... but I think they operate off shore. STAY AWAY!!!!!

This company is all fraud and criminal This company with Kevin and David, are bunch of liars, criminals and Thieves. They are fraud and continue scamming people and stealing money from people, but the FTC and one tenacious person is right behind them. STAY AWAY! DesignTeam not only has been taking forever on completing my logo, but has had unprofessional and terrible communication along the way. I was told over a month ago someone would reach out to me to finalize. No one ever set up a date or a time, so the one call I received was at an extremely inconvenient time. They left no messages. When I finally got back to them, the service person on the phone blamed ME for my file taking so long. THEN the person proceeded to try and up-sell me to investing in their web design. I said no, literally four times, before THEY hung up on me. I still do not have my logo file that I've already paid for. I am going to be disputing this with my credit company and with BBB. Terrible. STAY AWAY!

Think twice before you pay Think twice before you pay! No refund. They wasted 40 days of my time did not give my logo or the refund my money as shown in website. They are not artistic or creative to put you design in to the computer. More hard part Is the manager Denis Taylor responds, “what you gonna do, get a life bro it’s only $ 70”. I’m filling consumer complain. I just suggesting think twice before you pay.
