It was excellent working with Designing… It was excellent working with Designing Avenue. They understood from the very beginning what I wanted. They came up with several initial designs that we really liked and then modified them and now we love our new logo. An outstanding value and experience for sure. Horrible service Horrible service! Paid for a logo package that stated that I would have full ownership but was never given a statement that says I own the label. When I asked for it, was given the run around for 2 months —I still haven’t received it!

This company is a fraud This company is a fraud, Devin stall and those bunch of criminals should be in jail.The steal money from peoples accounts and think they cant get away with it, news flash- u wont, no matter how long. u sooner or later will realize. people please stay away and help put on every social media outlet how criminal they are.FTC will be on their tails soon.

They have worked on my website for well… They have worked on my website for well over a year and it is still not properly done, they have changed team on me at lest 3 times. They promised so many things and "don't worry" is their motto.. I am a small business trying to get a professional site so I can actually run my business, they told me 3 mos.... It is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. They don't call or email back, just have a new person to take over your project so you have to go over everything again... I can't afford to make a new website and they are not fixing the issues. Shameful business. I am definitely reporting them to better business bureau. Please don't give them your hard earned money.

STAY AWAY! DesignTeam not only has been taking forever on completing my logo, but has had unprofessional and terrible communication along the way. I was told over a month ago someone would reach out to me to finalize. No one ever set up a date or a time, so the one call I received was at an extremely inconvenient time. They left no messages. When I finally got back to them, the service person on the phone blamed ME for my file taking so long. THEN the person proceeded to try and up-sell me to investing in their web design. I said no, literally four times, before THEY hung up on me. I still do not have my logo file that I've already paid for. I am going to be disputing this with my credit company and with BBB. Terrible. STAY AWAY!
