my secret app for all campaigns While my skills more in CRO optimization I think about iSpionage as a great tool for the outgoing a/b testing. The only team that grab the landing pages and showcase them for you to study and learn from. In additional to campaign research having these landing page in place 100% improve the performance of the campaign. I would recommend this tool for anyone who might want to dive into conversion funnel and not just research keywords and clicks!

More than just a spy tool Back in the day, keyword spy tools were great, but now the landscape has evolved and I need to know what my competitors are doing on their landing pages too. This helps fuel new ideas for my tests and what I can do to increase my conversion rates and be more aggressive with my PPC campaigns.

Customer Service Ends Once You’ve Paid DO NOT TRUST this company! I originally used the free version for months and the chat support was attentive with quick replies to my inquiries. I eventually wanted more features and was confident in the service, so I upgraded my subscription and paid $59 for one month. After using the program with upgraded permissions, I realized the investment wasn’t worth keeping an ongoing subscription. When I attempted to cancel, a chat support attendant told me that (due to a COVID rule/accommodation they had put in place for small businesses) I could pause my account billing for 2 billing cycles and not be charged for the next two months. Fast forward to 25 days later, I was charged in full for the next billing cycle. And now of course, support is radio silent. It also looks like if I close my account, I’ll lose access for the rest of the month I paid for. It’s been over a week and still no one will respond to me via email or chat support, even though before I had a payment issue, response time was under an hour on average. Seeing how this subscription pause was set up to help struggling businesses, but then the company has no intention on following through with its promises or even responding to paying customers, this not a company you want to do business with.

Trial is dodgy Trial is dodgy - so watch out. It's not really a trial, but more of a trap. Let you do everything, but then charge you even if you cancel at the end because of a T&C condition. Take a leaf out of other software systems and apply a more legitimate and less 'gotcha' trial!
