Great Software, Great Company When it comes to analyzing the PPC data of your competitors along with your own key metrics, you can't beat iSpionage. There customer service is top notch as well. This is am amazing for competitor research and highly recommended.

Very accurate data (and I double check...) I find this tool returns very accurate data on keywords and ads used by competitors. I double checked it by running searches through a VPN, and it was almost always spot-on.

As a competitive intelligence tool it's a great way to keep abreast of what others are doing, and to make sure I stay on top of the design trends in PPC advertising.

Trial is dodgy Trial is dodgy - so watch out. It's not really a trial, but more of a trap. Let you do everything, but then charge you even if you cancel at the end because of a T&C condition. Take a leaf out of other software systems and apply a more legitimate and less 'gotcha' trial!

Customer Service Ends Once You’ve Paid DO NOT TRUST this company! I originally used the free version for months and the chat support was attentive with quick replies to my inquiries. I eventually wanted more features and was confident in the service, so I upgraded my subscription and paid $59 for one month. After using the program with upgraded permissions, I realized the investment wasn’t worth keeping an ongoing subscription. When I attempted to cancel, a chat support attendant told me that (due to a COVID rule/accommodation they had put in place for small businesses) I could pause my account billing for 2 billing cycles and not be charged for the next two months. Fast forward to 25 days later, I was charged in full for the next billing cycle. And now of course, support is radio silent. It also looks like if I close my account, I’ll lose access for the rest of the month I paid for. It’s been over a week and still no one will respond to me via email or chat support, even though before I had a payment issue, response time was under an hour on average. Seeing how this subscription pause was set up to help struggling businesses, but then the company has no intention on following through with its promises or even responding to paying customers, this not a company you want to do business with.
