Most unprofessional and unethical company I would have liked to give a rating of -10 for this company for their (un)professional ethics. That's how disgustingly unethical and unprofessional they are, when it comes to fulfilling their promises. I upgraded my free account to a paid $59 in March 2022 based on their promo mail that offered some bonuses and also because their data intelligence seemed good. After my upgrade, I never received the bonuses despite dozens of emails to their support email id and live chat. Their live chat is non-existent and is a farce. I cancelled my paid account finally after 28 days and asked for a refund based on a 30 day refund guarantee. While my subscription was cancelled, my $59 payment hasn't been refunded till date despite multiple emails to their billing team. This company really looks shady and suspicious. NEVER EVER sign up for a long term subscription like a 1 year subscription or so with Ispionage as they don't have any support. Because, if you want to cancel midway you will not get your money back from these cheats. The only way to salvage is to do a chargeback for the paid money and block the card to prevent future billing. All the reviews praising their services look like paid reviews posted by non-users.

Customer Service Ends Once You’ve Paid DO NOT TRUST this company! I originally used the free version for months and the chat support was attentive with quick replies to my inquiries. I eventually wanted more features and was confident in the service, so I upgraded my subscription and paid $59 for one month. After using the program with upgraded permissions, I realized the investment wasn’t worth keeping an ongoing subscription. When I attempted to cancel, a chat support attendant told me that (due to a COVID rule/accommodation they had put in place for small businesses) I could pause my account billing for 2 billing cycles and not be charged for the next two months. Fast forward to 25 days later, I was charged in full for the next billing cycle. And now of course, support is radio silent. It also looks like if I close my account, I’ll lose access for the rest of the month I paid for. It’s been over a week and still no one will respond to me via email or chat support, even though before I had a payment issue, response time was under an hour on average. Seeing how this subscription pause was set up to help struggling businesses, but then the company has no intention on following through with its promises or even responding to paying customers, this not a company you want to do business with.
