Customer Service Ends Once You’ve Paid DO NOT TRUST this company! I originally used the free version for months and the chat support was attentive with quick replies to my inquiries. I eventually wanted more features and was confident in the service, so I upgraded my subscription and paid $59 for one month. After using the program with upgraded permissions, I realized the investment wasn’t worth keeping an ongoing subscription. When I attempted to cancel, a chat support attendant told me that (due to a COVID rule/accommodation they had put in place for small businesses) I could pause my account billing for 2 billing cycles and not be charged for the next two months. Fast forward to 25 days later, I was charged in full for the next billing cycle. And now of course, support is radio silent. It also looks like if I close my account, I’ll lose access for the rest of the month I paid for. It’s been over a week and still no one will respond to me via email or chat support, even though before I had a payment issue, response time was under an hour on average. Seeing how this subscription pause was set up to help struggling businesses, but then the company has no intention on following through with its promises or even responding to paying customers, this not a company you want to do business with.

Great PPC benefit for any business Thanks to Ispionage, I was able to create a higher quality lead from my PPC campaigns. I got rid of keywords that drove low quality traffic and was able to identify better words that led to better conversions. Would highly recommend using their platform.

Helped Find New Brands to Advertise I can put any brand on my site. There are many in my vertical to choose from but I cant put them all up. This is a fantastic tool which allowed me to see what advertising efforts my competitors were taking on brands I had no visibility on via the keyword & ad reports.

Trial is dodgy Trial is dodgy - so watch out. It's not really a trial, but more of a trap. Let you do everything, but then charge you even if you cancel at the end because of a T&C condition. Take a leaf out of other software systems and apply a more legitimate and less 'gotcha' trial!

Satisfied long term user I've been using Ispionage since February 2012 and have been extremely happy with the service. I mainly use it for keyword research where it helps me shortcut the process by seeing what keywords competitors are bidding on.
