Most unprofessional and unethical company I would have liked to give a rating of -10 for this company for their (un)professional ethics. That's how disgustingly unethical and unprofessional they are, when it comes to fulfilling their promises. I upgraded my free account to a paid $59 in March 2022 based on their promo mail that offered some bonuses and also because their data intelligence seemed good. After my upgrade, I never received the bonuses despite dozens of emails to their support email id and live chat. Their live chat is non-existent and is a farce. I cancelled my paid account finally after 28 days and asked for a refund based on a 30 day refund guarantee. While my subscription was cancelled, my $59 payment hasn't been refunded till date despite multiple emails to their billing team. This company really looks shady and suspicious. NEVER EVER sign up for a long term subscription like a 1 year subscription or so with Ispionage as they don't have any support. Because, if you want to cancel midway you will not get your money back from these cheats. The only way to salvage is to do a chargeback for the paid money and block the card to prevent future billing. All the reviews praising their services look like paid reviews posted by non-users.

Trial is dodgy Trial is dodgy - so watch out. It's not really a trial, but more of a trap. Let you do everything, but then charge you even if you cancel at the end because of a T&C condition. Take a leaf out of other software systems and apply a more legitimate and less 'gotcha' trial!

Provides Critical Data for CRO As of the writing of this review, iSpionage is the only tool tracking competitors' A/B tests. It shows when competitors launch new page variations, when they stop their tests, and which variation won. That is critical information for any conversion optimizer. Well done! They do a good job continually improving functionality, which is appreciated by their clients and important for their business. I've met some of their team members in person, and they're all very knowledgable and helpful.

Great Tool For Marketers I was introduced to iSpionage about 3 years ago and I find it to be an excellent tracking and competitive intelligence tool for both SEO and PPC. One really unique attribute I like is it places value on the SEO traffic in terms of how much you would need to spend on PPC to obtain those rankings. This is extremely helpful to both clients and getting prospects. Great data!
