I was told my hair would cover half of my scalp and have a strong hairline in front. Bosley is a scam, the doctor started my procedure then had two inexperienced females doing it after he left. While I was talking to them, they had no certificate or anything to make them be able to do the procedure on my head! They told me that I would get refunded for the hair grafts that didn’t take.

THE BOSLEY SENIOR COUNSELOR, CAROLINA DOMINGUEZ(WHITE PLAINS) LIED TO ME 1800 GRAFTS WILL BE ENOUGH FOR THE PROCEDURE AND LOOKS WELL, TOOK ADVANCE DEPOSIT.ON THE DAY OF PROCEDURE DR.WEST SAID, MAY NEED A REPEAT PROCEDURE TO ADD THICKNESS.THESE ALL THINGS SHOULD BE INFORMED DURING CONSULTATION WITH COUNSELOR. I LIVE NEAR NEW YORK CITY AND SPEND $10000 FOR THIS PROCEDURE.IN JUST 7 MONTHS TRANSPLANTED HAIR STARTED FALLING. I had treatment done one year ago at philadelphia, pa I had treatment done one year ago at philadelphia facility and after one year I went for after treatment results. They really did the terrible job and i paid close to $10.000 for this treatment. Now they are asking me for more money for my satisfaction. They advertise for customer satisfactions but really what they want is just more money from you. Do not trust Bosley and make sure you get a guarantee contracts before you give them any money in advance.

Had a medical emergency and felt… Had a medical emergency and felt completely neglected by the staff at Bosley NYC. Half my transplant fell out and I had an awful infection on my head at the transplant site. They brushed it off and told me to go “see a dermatologist” See my pictures on google maps to see the result of the infection and subsequent hair loss. It has been months and they still haven’t reached out. Very disappointing treatment as a fellow healthcare provider.

Bosley dosen't work my experience. I started to use bosley for women since August 2022 and I still have few left to take but I totally believe that i wasted my money for nothing, I didn't see hair growing my hair is still the same as before, I still need to use hair fiber to cover my bold spots. I wouldn't not recommend this product very disappointed. 😪
