GBI was late for my appointment 4/25 with… I was late for my appointment 4/25 with a Bosley representative . I contacted customer service and the representative on the phone was kind & courteous enough to guide me to the location and notify the location. Upon arrival Sherry greeted me and my wait was not long at all. Sherry explained the different methods/options in detail which were available to me. The professionals at Bosley in particular Sherry made my decision easy. I’m looking forward to the surgery. Thank you, Frank Barbuto

GBGlad I chose Bosley I had a great experience at Bosley. Communication was top notch before, during and after my transplant. Very impressed with the surgeon, and the entire medical staff. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I was given outstanding care. They also worked with my schedule to get me scheduled as soon as possible. So glad I chose Bosley. Excited for my new hair

GBNot in love with it. The process itself was okay - this was my 2nd procedure (both at Bosley). But I probably wish I'd never gotten the 1st one. It's no one's fault that Bosley doesn't "stop" one from balding...and I knew that going in. So, it replaces some hair (fairly well), but then other areas on your head continue to thin and go bald. Requires another procedure unless you don't mind looking ridiculous. So, I've continued to lose hair elsewhere and I'm not sure what I'll do next.

GBI had treatment done one year ago at philadelphia, pa I had treatment done one year ago at philadelphia facility and after one year I went for after treatment results. They really did the terrible job and i paid close to $10.000 for this treatment. Now they are asking me for more money for my satisfaction. They advertise for customer satisfactions but really what they want is just more money from you. Do not trust Bosley and make sure you get a guarantee contracts before you give them any money in advance.

GBHad a medical emergency and felt… Had a medical emergency and felt completely neglected by the staff at Bosley NYC. Half my transplant fell out and I had an awful infection on my head at the transplant site. They brushed it off and told me to go “see a dermatologist” See my pictures on google maps to see the result of the infection and subsequent hair loss. It has been months and they still haven’t reached out. Very disappointing treatment as a fellow healthcare provider.
