GBWhat a disappointment of a company What a disappointment of a company. They spend so much on radio ads, but obviously not enough on customer service. Two straight days I blocked out time in my schedule for an appointment, two straight days, no phone call, no appointment, and no contact from anyone one. Their answering service is no more than a company that takes notes and emails other departments with zero follow-up. Do not waste your valuable time.

GBEsperanza is great!!! Esperanza was not only professional and knowledgeable, but she was kind, punctual, and a pleasure to speak with about a topic that is hard to speak about. I am actually scared that I will lose my hair. Esperanza made it a little less scary and gave me hope by explaining my options clearly. Thank you Bosley.

GBI had a 1,700 grafts done and it was… I had a 1,700 grafts done and it was all single strand hair, there was not 3 hairs in each follicles. I was told my hair would cover half of my scalp and have a strong hairline in front. Bosley is a scam, the doctor started my procedure then had two inexperienced females doing it after he left. While I was talking to them, they had no certificate or anything to make them be able to do the procedure on my head! They told me that I would get refunded for the hair grafts that didn’t take.

GBSuper disappointed after 3 procedures I see all these 5 star reviews on Bosley and I wonder : Am I the only one that ran into incompetent doctors? I had 3 procedures by now one in virginia with hair club and 2 in Georgia with Bosley and I still look bold after paying thousands of $$$. where are the good guys that know how to do their job and where all these good reviews come from coz I completely lost my confidence in these people. I m close to Charlotte and I can t find even room for a consultation or Columbia and I m not going back to that incompetent dude In Atlanta that did me 3 years ago and ended up getting a lot less grafts than we talked about before the procedure so I ended up suffering again for nothing coz I don’t see myself with more hair after what he did .

GBBeginning at the reception wih a… Beginning at the reception wih a friendly greeding. Alex, is the finance officer, he listens regarding concerns and answers questions. Dr Cole enters and offers his suggestions. Later a restoration date is set. During this time all the staff are friendly and provide any assistance. They and Dr. Cole know their business. I would recommend them and this procedure was completed at the Costa Mesa office. Lastly, I will return to do the rest of my hair. Yes, I am totally satified with the results.
