I contacted customer service and the representative on the phone was kind & courteous enough to guide me to the location and notify the location. Upon arrival Sherry greeted me and my wait was not long at all. Sherry explained the different methods/options in detail which were available to me. Beginning at the reception wih a… Beginning at the reception wih a friendly greeding. Alex, is the finance officer, he listens regarding concerns and answers questions. Dr Cole enters and offers his suggestions. Later a restoration date is set. During this time all the staff are friendly and provide any assistance. They and Dr. Cole know their business. I would recommend them and this procedure was completed at the Costa Mesa office. Lastly, I will return to do the rest of my hair. Yes, I am totally satified with the results.

The Bosley Guarantee is complete B.S. I told them on the first appointment that I cannot take Propecia and I had no results from years of Minoxidil. They recommended the hair transplant surgery which cost nearly $11,000. 2-3 years later almost all of the grafted hair has fallen out. I went back to them and the doctor's only option is to recommend Propecia our Minoxidil. If I could take Propecia, I was gotten that from my family doctor to begin with!! I went to bosley because I could not take Propecia and got no results from Minoxidil. And "The Hockey Guarantee" that they tounted so much which was the reason I was trusted them to stand behind their work Is complete B.S. Save your money and save yourself the pain of pointless surgery.
