What a disappointment of a company What a disappointment of a company. They spend so much on radio ads, but obviously not enough on customer service. Two straight days I blocked out time in my schedule for an appointment, two straight days, no phone call, no appointment, and no contact from anyone one. Their answering service is no more than a company that takes notes and emails other departments with zero follow-up. Do not waste your valuable time.

THE BOSLEY SENIOR COUNSELOR, CAROLINA DOMINGUEZ(WHITE PLAINS) LIED TO ME 1800 GRAFTS WILL BE ENOUGH FOR THE PROCEDURE AND LOOKS WELL, TOOK ADVANCE DEPOSIT.ON THE DAY OF PROCEDURE DR.WEST SAID, MAY NEED A REPEAT PROCEDURE TO ADD THICKNESS.THESE ALL THINGS SHOULD BE INFORMED DURING CONSULTATION WITH COUNSELOR. I LIVE NEAR NEW YORK CITY AND SPEND $10000 FOR THIS PROCEDURE.IN JUST 7 MONTHS TRANSPLANTED HAIR STARTED FALLING. I was very skeptical about hair restoration and if it was even possible to get my hair back, but Micheal put my mind at ease and answered every question i had. Friendly, empathetic, and professionally, i can't wait to start my treatment plan. -BOSLEY IS VERY FORTUNATE TO HAVE MICHEAL AS PART OF THEIR TEAM.

Finally had my procedure scheduled at… Finally had my procedure scheduled at the Bosley in Houston Texas and I must give kudos to the staff assisting the doctor. On the other hand, Dr Feldman is EXTREMELY slow! I did not expect to be in the procedure for over 12 hours! I've had several other colleagues that have had similar procedures in Dallas and in New Orleans and they did not take this long!

Had a medical emergency and felt… Had a medical emergency and felt completely neglected by the staff at Bosley NYC. Half my transplant fell out and I had an awful infection on my head at the transplant site. They brushed it off and told me to go “see a dermatologist” See my pictures on google maps to see the result of the infection and subsequent hair loss. It has been months and they still haven’t reached out. Very disappointing treatment as a fellow healthcare provider.
