What a disappointment of a company What a disappointment of a company. They spend so much on radio ads, but obviously not enough on customer service. Two straight days I blocked out time in my schedule for an appointment, two straight days, no phone call, no appointment, and no contact from anyone one. Their answering service is no more than a company that takes notes and emails other departments with zero follow-up. Do not waste your valuable time.

Dr Cole enters and offers his suggestions. Later a restoration date is set. During this time all the staff are friendly and provide any assistance. They and Dr. Cole know their business. I would recommend them and this procedure was completed at the Costa Mesa office. Lastly, I will return to do the rest of my hair. Yes, I am totally satified with the results.

Glad I chose Bosley I had a great experience at Bosley. Communication was top notch before, during and after my transplant. Very impressed with the surgeon, and the entire medical staff. Bosley dosen't work my experience. I started to use bosley for women since August 2022 and I still have few left to take but I totally believe that i wasted my money for nothing, I didn't see hair growing my hair is still the same as before, I still need to use hair fiber to cover my bold spots. I wouldn't not recommend this product very disappointed. 😪

Esperanza is great!!! Esperanza was not only professional and knowledgeable, but she was kind, punctual, and a pleasure to speak with about a topic that is hard to speak about. I am actually scared that I will lose my hair. Esperanza made it a little less scary and gave me hope by explaining my options clearly. Thank you Bosley.
