I had a 1,700 grafts done and it was… I had a 1,700 grafts done and it was all single strand hair, there was not 3 hairs in each follicles. I was told my hair would cover half of my scalp and have a strong hairline in front. Bosley is a scam, the doctor started my procedure then had two inexperienced females doing it after he left. While I was talking to them, they had no certificate or anything to make them be able to do the procedure on my head! They told me that I would get refunded for the hair grafts that didn’t take.

I was very skeptical about hair restoration and if it was even possible to get my hair back, but Micheal put my mind at ease and answered every question i had. Friendly, empathetic, and professionally, i can't wait to start my treatment plan. -BOSLEY IS VERY FORTUNATE TO HAVE MICHEAL AS PART OF THEIR TEAM.

Not in love with it. The process itself was okay - this was my 2nd procedure (both at Bosley). But I probably wish I'd never gotten the 1st one. It's no one's fault that Bosley doesn't "stop" one from balding...and I knew that going in. So, it replaces some hair (fairly well), but then other areas on your head continue to thin and go bald. Requires another procedure unless you don't mind looking ridiculous. So, I've continued to lose hair elsewhere and I'm not sure what I'll do next.

I was late for my appointment 4/25 with… I was late for my appointment 4/25 with a Bosley representative . I contacted customer service and the representative on the phone was kind & courteous enough to guide me to the location and notify the location. Upon arrival Sherry greeted me and my wait was not long at all. Sherry explained the different methods/options in detail which were available to me. THE BOSLEY SENIOR COUNSELOR, CAROLINA DOMINGUEZ(WHITE PLAINS) LIED TO ME 1800 GRAFTS WILL BE ENOUGH FOR THE PROCEDURE AND LOOKS WELL, TOOK ADVANCE DEPOSIT.ON THE DAY OF PROCEDURE DR.WEST SAID, MAY NEED A REPEAT PROCEDURE TO ADD THICKNESS.THESE ALL THINGS SHOULD BE INFORMED DURING CONSULTATION WITH COUNSELOR. I LIVE NEAR NEW YORK CITY AND SPEND $10000 FOR THIS PROCEDURE.IN JUST 7 MONTHS TRANSPLANTED HAIR STARTED FALLING.
