GBThe Bosley Guarantee is complete B.S. I told them on the first appointment that I cannot take Propecia and I had no results from years of Minoxidil. They recommended the hair transplant surgery which cost nearly $11,000. 2-3 years later almost all of the grafted hair has fallen out. I went back to them and the doctor's only option is to recommend Propecia our Minoxidil. If I could take Propecia, I was gotten that from my family doctor to begin with!! I went to bosley because I could not take Propecia and got no results from Minoxidil. And "The Hockey Guarantee" that they tounted so much which was the reason I was trusted them to stand behind their work Is complete B.S. Save your money and save yourself the pain of pointless surgery.

GBWhat a disappointment of a company What a disappointment of a company. They spend so much on radio ads, but obviously not enough on customer service. Two straight days I blocked out time in my schedule for an appointment, two straight days, no phone call, no appointment, and no contact from anyone one. Their answering service is no more than a company that takes notes and emails other departments with zero follow-up. Do not waste your valuable time.

THE BOSLEY SENIOR COUNSELOR, CAROLINA DOMINGUEZ(WHITE PLAINS) LIED TO ME 1800 GRAFTS WILL BE ENOUGH FOR THE PROCEDURE AND LOOKS WELL, TOOK ADVANCE DEPOSIT.ON THE DAY OF PROCEDURE DR.WEST SAID, MAY NEED A REPEAT PROCEDURE TO ADD THICKNESS.THESE ALL THINGS SHOULD BE INFORMED DURING CONSULTATION WITH COUNSELOR. I LIVE NEAR NEW YORK CITY AND SPEND $10000 FOR THIS PROCEDURE.IN JUST 7 MONTHS TRANSPLANTED HAIR STARTED FALLING. GBI was late for my appointment 4/25 with… I was late for my appointment 4/25 with a Bosley representative . I contacted customer service and the representative on the phone was kind & courteous enough to guide me to the location and notify the location. Upon arrival Sherry greeted me and my wait was not long at all. Sherry explained the different methods/options in detail which were available to me. The professionals at Bosley in particular Sherry made my decision easy. I’m looking forward to the surgery. Thank you, Frank Barbuto
