Everyone was so nice and friendly. I was given outstanding care. They also worked with my schedule to get me scheduled as soon as possible. So glad I chose Bosley. Excited for my new hair

Esperanza is great!!! Esperanza was not only professional and knowledgeable, but she was kind, punctual, and a pleasure to speak with about a topic that is hard to speak about. Extremely disappointed in the results… Extremely disappointed in the results of my transplant. I went to nyc park ave location. The procedure was done by Dr cohen. One year later and I still have the same bald spot I was promised would be gone. Spent 15k and I feel duped

I had a 1,700 grafts done and it was… I had a 1,700 grafts done and it was all single strand hair, there was not 3 hairs in each follicles. I was told my hair would cover half of my scalp and have a strong hairline in front. Bosley is a scam, the doctor started my procedure then had two inexperienced females doing it after he left. While I was talking to them, they had no certificate or anything to make them be able to do the procedure on my head! They told me that I would get refunded for the hair grafts that didn’t take.

I was very skeptical about hair restoration and if it was even possible to get my hair back, but Micheal put my mind at ease and answered every question i had.
