I was very skeptical about hair restoration and if it was even possible to get my hair back, but Micheal put my mind at ease and answered every question i had. What a disappointment of a company What a disappointment of a company. They spend so much on radio ads, but obviously not enough on customer service. Two straight days I blocked out time in my schedule for an appointment, two straight days, no phone call, no appointment, and no contact from anyone one. Their answering service is no more than a company that takes notes and emails other departments with zero follow-up. Do not waste your valuable time.

Bosley dosen't work my experience. I started to use bosley for women since August 2022 and I still have few left to take but I totally believe that i wasted my money for nothing, I didn't see hair growing my hair is still the same as before, I still need to use hair fiber to cover my bold spots. I wouldn't not recommend this product very disappointed. 😪

Finally had my procedure scheduled at… Finally had my procedure scheduled at the Bosley in Houston Texas and I must give kudos to the staff assisting the doctor. On the other hand, Dr Feldman is EXTREMELY slow! I did not expect to be in the procedure for over 12 hours! I've had several other colleagues that have had similar procedures in Dallas and in New Orleans and they did not take this long!
