Finally had my procedure scheduled at… Finally had my procedure scheduled at the Bosley in Houston Texas and I must give kudos to the staff assisting the doctor. On the other hand, Dr Feldman is EXTREMELY slow! I did not expect to be in the procedure for over 12 hours! I've had several other colleagues that have had similar procedures in Dallas and in New Orleans and they did not take this long!

As I did my research on sudden hair … As I did my research on sudden hair loss due to aging, Low T and prostate cancer I found the team at Bosley to have been the PERFECT choice I would forever highly recommend this team of true professionals from Bill Parton from the beginning and Dr Parungao and such friendly staff this was all one could ever have hoped for. What a disappointment of a company What a disappointment of a company. They spend so much on radio ads, but obviously not enough on customer service. Two straight days I blocked out time in my schedule for an appointment, two straight days, no phone call, no appointment, and no contact from anyone one. Their answering service is no more than a company that takes notes and emails other departments with zero follow-up. Do not waste your valuable time.
