I had treatment done one year ago at philadelphia, pa I had treatment done one year ago at philadelphia facility and after one year I went for after treatment results. They really did the terrible job and i paid close to $10.000 for this treatment. Now they are asking me for more money for my satisfaction. They advertise for customer satisfactions but really what they want is just more money from you. Do not trust Bosley and make sure you get a guarantee contracts before you give them any money in advance.

Two straight days I blocked out time in my schedule for an appointment, two straight days, no phone call, no appointment, and no contact from anyone one. Their answering service is no more than a company that takes notes and emails other departments with zero follow-up. Do not waste your valuable time.

The Bosley Guarantee is complete B.S. I told them on the first appointment that I cannot take Propecia and I had no results from years of Minoxidil. They recommended the hair transplant surgery which cost nearly $11,000. 2-3 years later almost all of the grafted hair has fallen out. I went back to them and the doctor's only option is to recommend Propecia our Minoxidil. If I could take Propecia, I was gotten that from my family doctor to begin with!! I went to bosley because I could not take Propecia and got no results from Minoxidil. And "The Hockey Guarantee" that they tounted so much which was the reason I was trusted them to stand behind their work Is complete B.S.
