I was very skeptical about hair restoration and if it was even possible to get my hair back, but Micheal put my mind at ease and answered every question i had. Friendly, empathetic, and professionally, i can't wait to start my treatment plan. -BOSLEY IS VERY FORTUNATE TO HAVE MICHEAL AS PART OF THEIR TEAM.

Finally had my procedure scheduled at… Finally had my procedure scheduled at the Bosley in Houston Texas and I must give kudos to the staff assisting the doctor. On the other hand, Dr Feldman is EXTREMELY slow! I did not expect to be in the procedure for over 12 hours! I've had several other colleagues that have had similar procedures in Dallas and in New Orleans and they did not take this long!

As I did my research on sudden hair … As I did my research on sudden hair loss due to aging, Low T and prostate cancer I found the team at Bosley to have been the PERFECT choice I would forever highly recommend this team of true professionals from Bill Parton from the beginning and Dr Parungao and such friendly staff this was all one could ever have hoped for. Had a medical emergency and felt… Had a medical emergency and felt completely neglected by the staff at Bosley NYC. Half my transplant fell out and I had an awful infection on my head at the transplant site. They brushed it off and told me to go “see a dermatologist” See my pictures on google maps to see the result of the infection and subsequent hair loss. It has been months and they still haven’t reached out. Very disappointing treatment as a fellow healthcare provider.

Esperanza is great!!! Esperanza was not only professional and knowledgeable, but she was kind, punctual, and a pleasure to speak with about a topic that is hard to speak about. I am actually scared that I will lose my hair. Esperanza made it a little less scary and gave me hope by explaining my options clearly. Thank you Bosley.
