GBI was late for my appointment 4/25 with… I was late for my appointment 4/25 with a Bosley representative . I contacted customer service and the representative on the phone was kind & courteous enough to guide me to the location and notify the location. Upon arrival Sherry greeted me and my wait was not long at all. Sherry explained the different methods/options in detail which were available to me. The professionals at Bosley in particular Sherry made my decision easy. I’m looking forward to the surgery. Thank you, Frank Barbuto

GBExtremely disappointed in the results… Extremely disappointed in the results of my transplant. I went to nyc park ave location. The procedure was done by Dr cohen. One year later and I still have the same bald spot I was promised would be gone. Spent 15k and I feel duped

GBGlad I chose Bosley I had a great experience at Bosley. Communication was top notch before, during and after my transplant. Very impressed with the surgeon, and the entire medical staff. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I was given outstanding care. They also worked with my schedule to get me scheduled as soon as possible. So glad I chose Bosley. Excited for my new hair

GBEsperanza is great!!! Esperanza was not only professional and knowledgeable, but she was kind, punctual, and a pleasure to speak with about a topic that is hard to speak about. GBWhat a disappointment of a company What a disappointment of a company. They spend so much on radio ads, but obviously not enough on customer service. Two straight days I blocked out time in my schedule for an appointment, two straight days, no phone call, no appointment, and no contact from anyone one. Their answering service is no more than a company that takes notes and emails other departments with zero follow-up. Do not waste your valuable time.
