GBWhat a disappointment of a company What a disappointment of a company. They spend so much on radio ads, but obviously not enough on customer service. Two straight days I blocked out time in my schedule for an appointment, two straight days, no phone call, no appointment, and no contact from anyone one. Their answering service is no more than a company that takes notes and emails other departments with zero follow-up. Do not waste your valuable time.

THE BOSLEY SENIOR COUNSELOR, CAROLINA DOMINGUEZ(WHITE PLAINS) LIED TO ME 1800 GRAFTS WILL BE ENOUGH FOR THE PROCEDURE AND LOOKS WELL, TOOK ADVANCE DEPOSIT.ON THE DAY OF PROCEDURE DR.WEST SAID, MAY NEED A REPEAT PROCEDURE TO ADD THICKNESS.THESE ALL THINGS SHOULD BE INFORMED DURING CONSULTATION WITH COUNSELOR. I LIVE NEAR NEW YORK CITY AND SPEND $10000 FOR THIS PROCEDURE.IN JUST 7 MONTHS TRANSPLANTED HAIR STARTED FALLING.
