Not in love with it. The process itself was okay - this was my 2nd procedure (both at Bosley). But I probably wish I'd never gotten the 1st one. It's no one's fault that Bosley doesn't "stop" one from balding...and I knew that going in. So, it replaces some hair (fairly well), but then other areas on your head continue to thin and go bald. Requires another procedure unless you don't mind looking ridiculous. So, I've continued to lose hair elsewhere and I'm not sure what I'll do next.

I was late for my appointment 4/25 with… I was late for my appointment 4/25 with a Bosley representative . I contacted customer service and the representative on the phone was kind & courteous enough to guide me to the location and notify the location. Upon arrival Sherry greeted me and my wait was not long at all. Sherry explained the different methods/options in detail which were available to me. Beginning at the reception wih a… Beginning at the reception wih a friendly greeding. Alex, is the finance officer, he listens regarding concerns and answers questions. Dr Cole enters and offers his suggestions. Later a restoration date is set. During this time all the staff are friendly and provide any assistance. They and Dr. Cole know their business. I would recommend them and this procedure was completed at the Costa Mesa office. Lastly, I will return to do the rest of my hair. Yes, I am totally satified with the results.

I had a 1,700 grafts done and it was… I had a 1,700 grafts done and it was all single strand hair, there was not 3 hairs in each follicles. I was told my hair would cover half of my scalp and have a strong hairline in front. Bosley is a scam, the doctor started my procedure then had two inexperienced females doing it after he left. While I was talking to them, they had no certificate or anything to make them be able to do the procedure on my head! They told me that I would get refunded for the hair grafts that didn’t take.

Finally had my procedure scheduled at… Finally had my procedure scheduled at the Bosley in Houston Texas and I must give kudos to the staff assisting the doctor. On the other hand, Dr Feldman is EXTREMELY slow! I did not expect to be in the procedure for over 12 hours! I've had several other colleagues that have had similar procedures in Dallas and in New Orleans and they did not take this long!
