GBI had treatment done one year ago at philadelphia, pa I had treatment done one year ago at philadelphia facility and after one year I went for after treatment results. They really did the terrible job and i paid close to $10.000 for this treatment. Now they are asking me for more money for my satisfaction. They advertise for customer satisfactions but really what they want is just more money from you. Do not trust Bosley and make sure you get a guarantee contracts before you give them any money in advance.

GBSuper disappointed after 3 procedures I see all these 5 star reviews on Bosley and I wonder : Am I the only one that ran into incompetent doctors? I had 3 procedures by now one in virginia with hair club and 2 in Georgia with Bosley and I still look bold after paying thousands of $$$. where are the good guys that know how to do their job and where all these good reviews come from coz I completely lost my confidence in these people. I m close to Charlotte and I can t find even room for a consultation or Columbia and I m not going back to that incompetent dude In Atlanta that did me 3 years ago and ended up getting a lot less grafts than we talked about before the procedure so I ended up suffering again for nothing coz I don’t see myself with more hair after what he did .

GBAs I did my research on sudden hair … As I did my research on sudden hair loss due to aging, Low T and prostate cancer I found the team at Bosley to have been the PERFECT choice I would forever highly recommend this team of true professionals from Bill Parton from the beginning and Dr Parungao and such friendly staff this was all one could ever have hoped for. GBI was late for my appointment 4/25 with… I was late for my appointment 4/25 with a Bosley representative . I contacted customer service and the representative on the phone was kind & courteous enough to guide me to the location and notify the location. Upon arrival Sherry greeted me and my wait was not long at all. Sherry explained the different methods/options in detail which were available to me. The professionals at Bosley in particular Sherry made my decision easy. I’m looking forward to the surgery. Thank you, Frank Barbuto

GBWhat a disappointment of a company What a disappointment of a company. They spend so much on radio ads, but obviously not enough on customer service. Two straight days I blocked out time in my schedule for an appointment, two straight days, no phone call, no appointment, and no contact from anyone one. Their answering service is no more than a company that takes notes and emails other departments with zero follow-up. Do not waste your valuable time.
