GBHad a medical emergency and felt… Had a medical emergency and felt completely neglected by the staff at Bosley NYC. Half my transplant fell out and I had an awful infection on my head at the transplant site. They brushed it off and told me to go “see a dermatologist” See my pictures on google maps to see the result of the infection and subsequent hair loss. It has been months and they still haven’t reached out. Very disappointing treatment as a fellow healthcare provider.

GBThe Bosley Guarantee is complete B.S. I told them on the first appointment that I cannot take Propecia and I had no results from years of Minoxidil. They recommended the hair transplant surgery which cost nearly $11,000. 2-3 years later almost all of the grafted hair has fallen out. I went back to them and the doctor's only option is to recommend Propecia our Minoxidil. If I could take Propecia, I was gotten that from my family doctor to begin with!! I went to bosley because I could not take Propecia and got no results from Minoxidil. And "The Hockey Guarantee" that they tounted so much which was the reason I was trusted them to stand behind their work Is complete B.S. Save your money and save yourself the pain of pointless surgery.

GBI had a 1,700 grafts done and it was… I had a 1,700 grafts done and it was all single strand hair, there was not 3 hairs in each follicles. I was told my hair would cover half of my scalp and have a strong hairline in front. Bosley is a scam, the doctor started my procedure then had two inexperienced females doing it after he left. While I was talking to them, they had no certificate or anything to make them be able to do the procedure on my head! They told me that I would get refunded for the hair grafts that didn’t take.

GBWhat a disappointment of a company What a disappointment of a company. They spend so much on radio ads, but obviously not enough on customer service. Two straight days I blocked out time in my schedule for an appointment, two straight days, no phone call, no appointment, and no contact from anyone one. Their answering service is no more than a company that takes notes and emails other departments with zero follow-up. Do not waste your valuable time.
