Esperanza is great!!! Esperanza was not only professional and knowledgeable, but she was kind, punctual, and a pleasure to speak with about a topic that is hard to speak about. I had treatment done one year ago at philadelphia, pa I had treatment done one year ago at philadelphia facility and after one year I went for after treatment results. They really did the terrible job and i paid close to $10.000 for this treatment. Now they are asking me for more money for my satisfaction. They advertise for customer satisfactions but really what they want is just more money from you. Do not trust Bosley and make sure you get a guarantee contracts before you give them any money in advance.

Extremely disappointed in the results… Extremely disappointed in the results of my transplant. I went to nyc park ave location. The procedure was done by Dr cohen. One year later and I still have the same bald spot I was promised would be gone. Spent 15k and I feel duped
