GBSCAM and Horrible Customer Service Do not order from this company. They shipped the wrong wig! They have the wrong return Address on the website, they don’t answer phone calls, emails, facebook messenger, fb posts, or WhatsApp. I have requested a full refund. The post office verified there is no such address to return the product. I’m working with my back for a full refund. Don’t waste your money with this company

GBI agree with everyone about this company its trash and scammers I agree with everyone else about their wigs DON'T BUY ANYTHING from this company the wig I purchased was not what i got and its a scam and its definitely trash. I got it quick but not what i wanted. first of all it was not 12" is what i requested and i think it more 8 and look as if they sew the hair anywhere they could and its not even wearable. Save your money and don't let them scam you.

GBBuyer Beware I placed an order on February 28th for my college graduation because they boast about fast shipping. My order still says processing. I had to pay additional money to get a wig for my graduation. I have tried emailing and calling with no help. Stay away from this company!!!

CAI bought a 12” Bob wig from Uolova and… I bought a 12” Bob wig from Uolova and I received a 10” inch wig. I have emailed them numerous times, sent them WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook messages and am yet to get a reply. I asked them to refund me the difference between the two wigs or send me the wig I bought and I have just been ignored. Their customer service is just the worst and I would really love someone to deal with my issue!

GBThis is my first time ordering This is my first time ordering. I ordered a wig for my mom as a birthday gift. They give you an order number after setting up your account but without the order number it’s not even showing where an order has been placed period. I placed my order on the 23rd, one answers the phone when I called. And on top of that shipping is supposed to take 3-5 business days and it still reads “processing”. Why do I feel like I’m being set up for disappointment?? If they come thru I will definitely give a positive update and apologize but until then…
