I bought a 12” Bob wig from Uolova and… I bought a 12” Bob wig from Uolova and I received a 10” inch wig. I have emailed them numerous times, sent them WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook messages and am yet to get a reply. I asked them to refund me the difference between the two wigs or send me the wig I bought and I have just been ignored. Their customer service is just the worst and I would really love someone to deal with my issue!

It is clearly a scam and I urge any of you to report their page on Instagram to stop them from scamming more innocent people like you and I Terrible experience.

Beautiful hair but oversized Their hair is beautiful and does appear realistic especially the invisible lace seemless blends into your scalp but some it's extremely oversized. If you have no hair like me from cutting all of it off for a fresh start, the cap will appear bulky and you may need to get it resized to fit your head perfectly. It will be great if multiple sizes can be offered for order that way it saves the customer time and/or additional money. Other than that the hair is beautiful.

I agree with everyone about this company its trash and scammers I agree with everyone else about their wigs DON'T BUY ANYTHING from this company the wig I purchased was not what i got and its a scam and its definitely trash. I got it quick but not what i wanted. first of all it was not 12" is what i requested and i think it more 8 and look as if they sew the hair anywhere they could and its not even wearable. Save your money and don't let them scam you.
