An disappointed customer There has to be done with this company....Taking people money, not answering telephone calls, not sending out orders and not even responding to emails sent to them regarding orders that was placed but this shady ass company most definitely took the money. I sent an email to this company regarding an order I'd placed in January 2024 and still haven't received my order. Now I want a full refund. People don't have money to just throw away. Now start sending out refunds on orders placed or send us our orders. This is so sad that a company does this. This is what happens when you try to support a company.

Order from somewhere else!!! I have been trying to contact someone with this company for days. I ordered a dark brown wig with light brown, reddish highlights. The wig I received a light brown wig with bright bleach blonde highlights heavily throughout. It absolutely is not what was advertised. I have tried to contact through email, phone, and instagram. I saw where someone mentioned they wished they read reviews prior to ordering, I totally agree. Please do not order from this company.

SCAM and Horrible Customer Service Do not order from this company. They shipped the wrong wig! They have the wrong return Address on the website, they don’t answer phone calls, emails, facebook messenger, fb posts, or WhatsApp. I have requested a full refund. The post office verified there is no such address to return the product. I’m working with my back for a full refund. Don’t waste your money with this company

IT IS A SCAM!!!PLEASE REPORT THEIR PAGE ON INSTAGRAM Ordered in September and order is still processing I sent several emails asking a refund,no one bothers to answer. It is clearly a scam and I urge any of you to report their page on Instagram to stop them from scamming more innocent people like you and I Terrible experience.
