Beyond my expectations. I had another storage space and company on hold, unfortunately I found out that there were a lot of theft happening at the facility. I called Lakewood Storage and Christian answered all my questions and more. He was kind and courteous. I felt my things were in a safe place and area. I appreciate and would like to Thank Christian, for all his patience and kindness during my transition.

Safety and Great Location for My Stuff at a Reasonable Price! My first impression was that this place… My first impression was that this place is very safe. There are many levels of safety beginning with the gates and the keypad security codes. Then, cleanliness is another element I saw and appreciated. But most of all, the kind and helpful individuals at the office was what I was looking for. A storage space is where our personal belongings are and I am sure, just like me, most people are looking for a reasonable place, with a reasonable price and great people in the office at the front. I love this place! You will love it too!

Excellent customer care I had such wonderful service customer service recently getting my first storage unit - I went back to get another one . Thank you Susan for all your help with everything . You went above and beyond and even gave me a much needed bottle of water to drink on a very hot Rocklin summer’s day .

This has been an excellent experience for us … This has been an excellent experience for us using Green Valley storage. They’re extremely professional and very friendly and helpful! Not to mention very accommodating for our needs…. I highly recommend them. The facility is extremely clean and safe. Would not store anywhere else. Cindy at the front desk has been very helpful and accommodating!

There are three factors that I think… There are three factors that I think every customer evaluates a storage facility on and Stafford Ranch Self Storage is 5 star in my book. 1) Convenient location and hours ✔️ 2) Competitive rates ✔️ 3) Most important. Genuinely nice staff.✔️✔️ Susan and Dillon could not be nicer or pleasant to work with. 💯%!!!
